1 METRO-KOL-HQ-ENGG/METRO RAILWAY 1 Description:- Injecting and grouting low viscous moisture insensitive epoxy grout "CONBEXTRA EP10 (M)"or equivalent material manufactured by SIKA/FOSROC/BASF/NORMAT/SUNANDA etc. into RCC elements such as RCC walls, columns, beams, ceilings etc. including drilling holes; inserting packers inside and mixing the grout in a mixer with mechanical stirrer as per the manufacturer's specifications and injecting the mix by using suitable gun/pump at required pressures with all contractor's materials, labour, tools and tackles, taxes etc. complete. The grout should provide good general chemical resistance with 7 days compressive strength of at least 80N/mm². It shall have a density of 1060 kgs per cum and shall have compressive strength of 60N/mm² at 7 days as per ASTM D695 and tensile strength 20 N/mm² at 7 days and flexural strength of 45 N/mm² at 7 days as per 6319 part 4. Rates are inclusive of providing sealing material around the nipples or any other accessories for the packers etc., cutting of protruded ends of packers after grouting and setting of the same, cleaning etc.
