Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including proping, strutting & removal of the same up to plinth level

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in foundtion & plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement, 6 coarse sand)including extra over brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level including curing.

Structural steel welded in built up sections incld plats cutting hoisting fixing in positon and applying a priminng coat of approved steel primer with painting all complete angle size incld. Locking arrangements.
