LANDSCAPPING WORK:

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage up to 1 km (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 16 mm

Fine dressing of the ground

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge..

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately).

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) :Holes 90 cm dia, and 90 cm deep 2.14.2 Holes 90 cm dia, and 90 cm deep

SUPPLY OF PLANTS

Providing and fixing M. S. tree guard 45 cm square in plan, height 1.20 metre above ground level and 0.40 metre below ground level. The vertical members shall consist of four nos. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm, 1.6 m long, one at each corner and 8 nos flat iron of size 25x3 mm, 1.2 m long. The vertical members shall be welded to 4 nos. 25x6 mm M. S. flats placed horizontally around the vertical member of the cage. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered CPWD/ PWD/ any other approved name. The tree guard shall be fixed to the ground by making suitable holes and by embedding four corners leg in the ground, including refilling the earth, compaction etc. complete. The tree guard shall be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer, complete in all respect.

Providing and Displaying Bamboo Buddha Valley with fresh & healthy 5 to 6 suckers 1.80 m to 2.10m ht umbrella type plant well developed in 50 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Bismarkia Palm plant 115 to 180 cm ht., well developed 12 and above good color fresh and healthy leaves in 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Ficus Retusa topiary well developed with fresh & healthy 5 to 6 big ball specific size and shape 180 to 210cm ht in 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Topiary of Ficus Panda well developed with fresh & healthy foliage with 3 to 4 Ball and 60 to 75 cm spread each Ball, 135 to 150 cm ht., in 35 cm Cement Tray /Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Topiary of Casuarina fresh & healthy having 5 to 6 specific shape and size ball well developed 195 to 210 cm ht. in 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Providing and stacking of Alpinia Variegated (three in one) having ht. 30 cm and above, with fresh and healthy variegated foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Alternanthera species of height 15 cm to 20 cm, full of branches and foliage in 15 cm size of Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Euphorbia milli hybrid variety, having ht. 30 cm to 45 cm with multi branch, full bloom, fresh and healthy leaves in 30 cm size of Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge..

Providing and stacking of Foxtail palm of ht. 120-150 cm bottom girth 15- 20 cm well developed in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Phoenix sylvestris Roxb. (Wild date palm/khajur) of height 150-165 cm. in Big HDPE Bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Supply and stacking of Plumeria acutifolia plant of height 150-165 cm. with 3-4 branches in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Supply and stacking of Polyalthia longifolia (Ashok) plant of height 180- 195 cm. in gunny bag of size 30 cm as per direction of the officer-incharge.

Providing and stacking of Ficus blackii (F.vivion) (bushy) of height 150-165 cm. with 8-10 branches and healthy foliage in earthen pots of size 30 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Supply and stacking of plant Ficus panda of height 60-90 cm, with 8-10 branches, and healthy foliage, bushy in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and stacking of Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring, Mahara,Mohan,Scarlet Queen, Variegated, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi, Paratha, Subhra,Thimma, Spectabilis L.N Birla, Refulgens) of height 30 cm. to 45 cm. with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.
