REVERSE OSMOSIS DE MINARLIZATION PLANT (RODM PLANT)

Charges for cleaning and up keeping of equipments in PTP - 51.6 MLD (Chemical house dosing pumps such as Ferric chloride & Alum ) , Bulk FeCl3 tanks, Cascade aerator, flash mixer, clariflocculator, CWSPH, Sludge sump pump house, DMF & UF system) , SWRO system (13 MLD), BWRO system, Chemical cleaning system, DM Plant (1.9 MLD), all storage tanks & Effluent Treatment plant, effluent transfer pumps, equipments house at various locations in the plant , Portable water system , Filter water pump house & Cranes & Hoist and to attend minor breakdown works such as oil, water & chemical leakages in dosing pump/valve gland and pipe line fittings, oil leakages in drain port and view glasses, air leakages in main instrument air line, replace view glasses, air locks in pumps, struck up level gauge float in all storage tanks etc. including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables.

Charges for replacement/repair works in, flash mixer, Clarifloculator , DMF and repair works in Cranes & Hoist as per the direction of the site engineer, closing the top cover, charging the line, including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding spares required for replacement (required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges of lubrication of equipments such as lube oil top-up /greasing of pumps /agitators/gates/ shutters / valves gear mechanism in PTP,RODM,RMP,ETP and FWPH, including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables.(required oil will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket ,greese etc. will be borne by the contractor)

Charges for cleaning of chemical tanks in PTP,UF,RO,DM, RMP & ETP. (bulk tanks & measuring tanks) by empting the chemical in the tank, cleaning of tank, its fittings & view glass etc., also which includes handling of chemical from store/site and fill up the chemical in the tank, , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables. (safety helmet, hand glouse, cum boot, goggles, mask etc., will be borne by the contractor.

Charges for cleaning of concrete tanks for dosing tanks/N-Pits by dewatering and empting the tank/effluent in nutralization pit, completely cleaning the tank/pit with detergent, flushing with fresh filter water and filling up , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables.

Charges for cleaning/replacement of basket strainers in UF system by isolating the line, opening the top cover by removing the bolt & nuts, removing the strainer , cleaning or replacing the as per the direction of the site Engineer, closing the top cover by tightening the bolt and nuts & charging the line , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding spares required for replacement (required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket will be borne by the contractor )

Charges for replacement of Catridge filter elements in UF , SWRO & BWRO systems by isolating the line, opening the top cover, removing the filter elements , replacing the filter elements as per the direction of the site Engineer, closing the top cover & charging the line , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding spares required for replacement (required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost)

Charges for replacement/repair works in all chemical dozing pumps located in Chemical house, UF,SWRO, BWRO systems & DM plant by dismantling the suction and delivery lines, decoupling the pump and motor, lifting and dismantling the internals such as tuflon diaphrgm , disc, bearing etc., replacing the defective & worn-out parts in the pump, assembling and re erecting the pump & coupling the motor with pump , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding spares required for replacement (required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket ,greese etc. will be borne by the contractor)

Charges for replacement of coupling bushes in horizontal centrifugal pumps or gland rope in vertical pumps located in PTP, RODM,RMP and FWPH by removing the coupling, replacing the damaged coupling bushes/gland with new, tightening the coupling bolts and bring back the system into service , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding spares required for replacement (required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and rubber bushes, gland rope, gasket etc. will be borne by the contractor)

Charges for replacement of mechanical seal/oil seal in horizontal pumps located in PTP,RODM and FWPH by removing the coupling, replacing the damaged mechanical sea with new, tightening the coupling bolts and bring back the system into service , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding spares required for replacement (required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and greese ,gasket etc. will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges for replacement of pipe line fittings/flange gasket/blower V-belt in PTP, RODM,RMP,ETP and FWPH by isolating the system, replacing the worn out fittings/gasket/damaged V-belt with new and bring back the system into service , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding spares required for replacement (required pipes will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket etc. will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges for replacement/repair of valves of sizes upto 150 NB in PTP,RODM,RMP,ETP and FWPH by isolating the system, replacing the defective valve with new/rectified , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding valves required for replacement (required valves will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket etc. will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges for replacement/repair works of valves of sizes above 150 NB in in PTP,RODM,RMP,ETP and FWPH. by isolating the line, replacing the defective valve with new/rectified ,including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding valves required for replacement (required valves will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket etc. will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges for replacement/repair works in horizontal pumps / blower in in PTP,RODM,RMP,ETP and FWPH. by dismantling the suction and delivery lines, decoupling the pump/blower and motor, dismantling the internals, replacing the defective & worn-out parts, reassembling the internals, aligning and coupling the pump/blower with motor, including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding spares required for replacement (required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket, greese etc. will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges for replacement/repair works in effluent transfer pumps & equipments of ETP system at various locations in the plant In ETP by dismantling the suction and delivery lines, decoupling the pump and motor, lifting and dismantling the internals, replacing the defective & worn-out parts in the pump, assembling and re erecting the pump, checking and setting the float, coupling the motor with pump., including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding spares required for replacement (required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket, greese etc. will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges for replacement/repair works in ETP equipments such as API/TPI Seperators, sludge sump pumps, clarified water pumps, flash mixture, flocculator, tube settler, CMB and Guard pond pump house located in PTP area including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding spares required for replacement (required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket, greese etc. will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges to attend puncture in SS pipe line by patch welding this work involves isolating the lines/pipe fittings, preparation of surface, attending puncture or worn out portion by patch welding including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding SS pipes required for replacement (required SS pipes and bolt & nuts will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket, etc. will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges to attend puncture in MS/CS/GI pipe line in PTP,RODM,ETP and FWPH by patch welding and gas cutting, this work involves isolating the lines/pipe fittings, preparation of surface, attending puncture or worn out portion by patch welding ,including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding MS/CS/GI pipes required for replacement (required MS/CS/GI pipes and bolt & nuts will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket, etc. will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges to attend puncture (patch work) in CPVC pipe line in PTP,RODM, RMP, & ETP below 200NB by isolating the line, preparation of surface, attending the puncture or worn out portion, normalize the line and bring back the system in service including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding CPVC pipes , Bolt & nuts required for replacement (required CPVC pipes and Bolt & nuts will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket, etc. will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges to attend leakages in chemical handling areas such as storage tanks, pipelines carrying chemicals in PTP,RODM and ETP by isolating the system, emptying and refilling the chemical in the storage tank, replace the worn out parts with new and bring back the system into service , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables. (safety equipments such as helmet, hand glouse, cum boot, goggles, mask etc., will be borne by the contractor.)

Charges for opening the top man hole by removing the bolt & nuts, inspect, measure the resin level and closing the man hole by tightening the bolt & nuts after top up the required level of resin , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables.(required resin will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket etc. will be borne by the contractor)

Charges for replacement/repair works in Vertical pumps (pump capacity 1000cu.mts/hr ) in CWST system by dismantling the pump, checking clearance, marking and removing the worn out pump internals such as sleeves , bearings etc., reconditioning of seal cover, stuffing box coller, and impeller wear ring seating area, checking run out of shaft and dynamic balancing of the all rotating parts by adding /removing the weights, loading and un loading of pump rotating parts from site to work shop and back to the site, reassembling of the pump internals , checking clearance, aligning ,fixing new bearings, alignment of pump with motor, commissioning of the pump including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding required materials for replacement (required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gland rope, gasket , greese etc. will be borne by the contractor)

Charges for assisting in Acid/Lye unloading from trucks by positioning of vehicle carrying acid/lye and connecting the hose at pump side & vehicle side, after completely draining the chemicals disconnect the hose and washing the area, , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables.(required hose will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and safety helmet, hand glouse, cum boot, goggles, mask etc., will be borne by the contractor.

Charges for replacement/repair works of hydro pneumatic diaphram valves in UF system of sizes above 300 NB by isolating the line, replacing the defective valve with new / repairing the valve by loosening the bolt & nuts , dismantling the valve internals such as diaphragm , disc body and replacing the damaged diaphragm and assembling with intact , including hire charges for T&P's and cost of Consumables and excluding required diaphragm for replacement (required diaphragm will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost and gasket etc., will be borne by the contractor.

COOLING WATER PUMP HOUSE (CWPH)& NATURAL DRAUGHT COOLING TOWER (NDCT)

Charges for carrying out the routine maintenance in CWPH by removing the coal/ash dust from the floor and equipments such as pumps, discharge lines, expansion joints, air release valve, butterfly valve and its actuator assembly, forced water lubrication pumps etc., arresting the water leakages in pumps FWL pumps, pipe flanges, ARV etc., tightening of stuffing box collar & flanges bolts & nuts, regular cleaning of view glass & checking of oil level in all the pumps, removing the temporary choking in the forced water line and bearing housing cooling water lines, ACW self cleaning strainer, EOT crane, semi gantry crane and mono rails, ARV, BFV, RC lines of CW, ACW, CTBD of CW at all lines, greasing of all gates valves, BFV's of all worm & sector gate assembly, pumps including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for carrying out routine maintenance works like topping the oil upto the required level in the bearing housing, lubricating the bearings of cooling water pumps and CTBD, greasing the ACW bearing housing as per the direction of the site in charge, including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required lubricating oil will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost & grease will be borne by contractor).

Charges for dismantling, removing & inspecting the anti extrusion ring & latern ring in the stuffing box of the cooling water pumps, ACW and CTBD by dismantling the stuffing box cover and removing the packing rope, inspecting and placing the packing rope in the stuffing box so as to arrest the spillage of water in the stuffing box to minimum as per the direction of the site in charge, including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required gland rope will be borne by contractor).

Charges for carrying out the routine maintenance work in 150NB / 200 NB ARV in the cooling water pump discharge line, ACW, CTBD discharge line at various location by greasing the valves, replacing the damaged gland, bolt & nuts as per the direction of the site in charge, including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for patch welding of severely corroded / worn out cooling water pump discharge lines, bottom supports by leading the MS structural materials, measuring, marking, cutting the corroded / worn out area edge preparations, positioning and welding with patch up plate including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required Iron & Steel will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for plasma cutting / cutting wheel, edge preparation and online water leak arrest by fabricating the SS pipe clamp, providing SS pipe clamp in the damaged portion and tightening of SS bolt & nut of 25/50 NB S.S pipe including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for S.S. welding of one full circle joint of 25/50 NB by marking, cutting the corroded / worn out of SS pipe and edge preparations and welding of one full circle SS pipe including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.

Charges for plasma cutting/cutting wheel, edge preparation and online water leak arrest by fabricating the SS pipe clamp, providing SS pipe clamp in the damaged portion and tightening the SS bolt & nut of 100NB & above S.S pipe including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for S.S. welding of one full circle joint in 100NB & above by marking, cutting the corroded / worn out of SS pipe and edge preparations and welding of one full circle SS pipe including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.

Charges for dismantling the suction & discharge Forced water lubricating pipelines of ACW /CTBD, de-coupling the pump and motor by removing all coupling bolt & nuts, dismantling the bearing cover, bearing with bearing housing, coupling etc, in the pump as directed by the site engineer, including the cost of consumables, disposal of removed materials, scrapping tool, gloves, mask and including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for reassembling the pump internals of ACW / CTBD, erecting the bearing housing, aligning, coupling with motor and connecting the suction & discharge Forced water lubrication pipelines in the pump as direct by the site engineer, including the cost of consumables, gasket sheet, disposal of removed materials, scrapping tool, gloves, mask and including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.(Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for CW pumps alignment work -dismantling of motor from CWP by removing all the motor bed bolt, motor side coupling bolts, leading, lifting and mounting the CWP motor to repair bay, replacing the suitable shims and re-assemble the same including hire charges for T&P's such as spanners, D shackle, Sling, various sizes of shims, Wire Ropes above 50 MT and cost of all consumables.

Charges for carrying out the maintenance work in self cleaning strainer in the CW/ACW /CTBD FWLP line by losing the suction & discharge pipeline, loosening the all SS bolt & nuts, removing the strainer one by one, cleaning & assembling as per the direction of the site in charge, including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for general checking of gear boxes, wire ropes, rope drums, pulleys, motors, brake shoes for proper function, greasing and renewal of worn out internals if necessary and load testing of 25/50 Ton EOT crane 1 No. at Cooling water Pump House including completion of load testing from CWPH including testing fees for competent authority .Load test will be carried out in the presence of Section Engineer including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required grease will be borne by the contractor and spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost). ).

Charges for inspection of rubber seal in 3200 mm Discharge Butterfly Valve (BFV) of Cooling Water Pumps A/B/C 3200 (OD) CW discharge line BFV’s / NDCT inlet and attending the water leakage problem in 3200mm Butterfly valves in the Hot water return line to Natural Draught Cooling Tower (NDCT) and CW discharge line, butterfly valves, inspecting, checking the clearance of rubber seal and adjusting as necessary, and closing the manual doors in the discharge line of CW pumps A /B / C / NDCT inlet / dismantling 2100 mm BFV gearbox , inspection of internals, renewal of seals, grease, re-assembling and checking the Open / Close operation of BFV in the CW RC including cost of consumables and including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required grease will be borne by the contractor and spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for Dismantling 3200mm BFV gearbox , inspection of internals, renewal of seals, applying the grease , re-assembling and checking the Open / Close operation of BFV in the CWPH and Hot water return line to Natural Draught Cooling Tower (NDCT) including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required grease will be borne by the contractor and spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost)

Charges for decoupling of motor from pump, dismantling of pump casing and inspection of inner surface areas of CTBD/ACW pump for wear, inspection the inner surface areas of CTBD/ACW, checking the alignment between motor / pump coupling, bolting of both couplings and trial run of pump for checking the performance including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's. (Required grease will be borne by the contractor and spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost)

Charges for removal of drift eliminators, checking the tightness of 15000 numbers of sprayers and tightening them if required, cleaning the top surface of the fills in the entire NDCT area and collecting the undersize sponge balls that got struck up in the fills which escaped from the collecting screen of online tube cleaning of condenser including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's. (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost)

Charges for decoupling of motor, dismantling of pump casing and inspection of inner surface areas of ACW for wear, reconditioning inner surface areas of ACW , checking the alignment between motor / pump coupling, bolting of both couplings and trial run of pump for checking the performance including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required grease will be borne by the contractor and spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost)

Charges for lifting, leading and wering the stop log gate, arresting the water (Upto -8.5m) and lowering the dewatering pump, dewatering and cleaning the slurry; Alignment checking of ACW/CTBD bell mouth impeller and lifting the dewatering pump from suction bay; Cleaning , panting of released Stop log Gate and screen in CW fore bay (a) Labour charges for lifting leading lowering the stop log gate for arresting the water in the suction fore bay,(b) Labour charges for lowering the dewatering pump in the suction fore bay dewatering slurry, cleaning and lifting the dewatering pumps, including hire charges for dewatering pump, discharge hose, foot valves for dewatering the pump champer (c) Labour charges for alignment checking in ACW/CTBD bell mouth tightness checking, cleaning, painting of stop log and screen gates including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's(Required grease will be borne by the contractor and spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost)

Charges for dismantling of 600 dia man hole cum Air release valves in ACW/ CTBD outlet pipe line and re-positioning the same in position after completion of cleaning work including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's(Required grease will be borne by the contractor and spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost)

Charges for applying 2coats of epoxy paint for Air Release valves and manholes including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required paint will be borne by the contractor).

Charges for removing the suction & discharge pipelines, decoupling the pump and motor of NDCT sludge pit transfer pump, dismantling the bearing with bearing housing, column pipes, coupling, shafts, impeller, shaft sleeve etc, inspection of the pump internals and re assembling including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's(Required grease will be borne by the contractor and spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost)

Providing dewatering the ground water including hire charges for dewatering pumps and a spare pump with 30 filters/hoses, operator cost of 3 shifts and maintenance cost etc., complete including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's

SEA WATER INTAKE PUMP HOUSE (SWIPH)

Charges for carrying out the daily routine maintenance in SWIPH by removing the coal/ash dust from the floor and equipments such as pumps, discharge lines, expansion joints, air release valve, butterfly valve and its actuator assembly ,Traveling water screens, wash pumps ,forced water lubrication pumps assembly and Cranes & Hoist etc., arresting the water leakages in pumps , pipe flanges, ARV etc., tightening of stuffing box collar & flanges bolts & nuts, regular cleaning of view glass & checking of oil level in all the pumps, removing the temporary choking in the forced water line and bearing housing cooling water lines, including cost of consumables and T&P's hire charges.

Charges for carrying out routine maintenance works like topping the oil upto the required level in the bearing housing, lubricating the bearings of sea water pumps, as per the direction of the site in charge, including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required lubricating oil will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost & grease will be borne by contractor).

Charges for dismantling, removing & inspecting the anti extrusion ring & latern ring in the stuffing box of the sea water pumps by dismantling the stuffing box cover and removing the packing rope, inspecting and placing the packing rope in the stuffing box so as to arrest the spillage of water in the stuffing box to minimum as per the direction of the site in charge, including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required gland rope will be borne by contractor).

Charges for carrying out the routine maintenance work in 25 NB SS gland water drain line and sea water cooling inlet & outlet pipelines of bearing housing in sea water intake pump by isolating the valve, complete dismantling of SS lines, through cleaning & ensuring the free flow of cooling (sea water) water in the pipeline and re-fixing intact in position without any leakages as per the direction of the site in charge, including cost of consumables and T&P's hire charges.(Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost).

Charges for carrying out the routine maintenance work in 150NB ARV in the sea water pump discharge line, at various location by greasing the valves, replacing the damaged gland, bolt & nuts as per the direction of the site in charge, including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for patch welding of severely corroded / worn out sea water pump discharge lines, bottom supports by leading the MS structural materials, measuring, marking, cutting the corroded / worn out area edge preparations, positioning and welding with patch up plate including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required Iron & Steel will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for dismantling the flange joints bolts and nuts in the wash pump discharge header and TWS wash line by isolating suction and discharge valves for attending the damaged / puncture portion in header lines of wash pump and TWS wash line including cost of consumables and T & P's hire charges etc.,

Charges for greasing the travelling water screens chain link pin on Drive end & NDE sides by rotating the travelling water screen one by one, replace with new one if found any damages and lubricating by greasing with tap screw, capstan nut, bearing housing, Gear Box and Flushing pumps including cost of consumables and T & P's hire charges etc.,

Charges for plasma cutting / cutting wheel, edge preparation and online water leak arrest by fabricating the SS pipe clamp, providing SS pipe clamp in the damaged portion and tightening of SS bolt & nut of 25/50 NB S.S pipe including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for S.S. welding of one full circle joint of 25/50 NB by marking, cutting the corroded / worn out of SS pipe and edge preparations and welding of one full circle SS pipe including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.(Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for dismantling the suction & discharge Forced water lubricating pipelines of sea water intake pump, de-coupling the pump and motor by removing all coupling bolt & nuts, dismantling the bearing cover, bearing with bearing housing, coupling etc, in the pump as directed by the site engineer, including the cost of consumables, disposal of removed materials, scrapping tool, gloves, mask and including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for reassembling the pump internals of SWI pump, erecting the bearing housing, aligning, coupling with motor and connecting the suction & discharge Forced water lubrication pipelines in the pump as direct by the site engineer, including the cost of consumables, gasket sheet, disposal of removed materials, scrapping tool, gloves, mask and including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P's.(Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for checking, inspection of TWS baskets tightness , chain link roller, roller pin and roller seating area for wear & tear and rectify the defects if heavily damaged , replaced with new one by carrying out cutting and welding as directed by the site Engineer including the cost of consumables, T&P's etc.,(Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for the up keeping and cleaning the travelling water screen trench and removing the mollusks, dead fish, burnacles, bushes, wooden stick and jelly fish from the traveling water screen basket by starting the wash pump with valves & NRV's one screen at a time, cleaning the screen wash out let trench and bucket strainer in the sump near suction bay , also to remove all the waste and scrap items then & there in the fore bay floor all round in order to maintain the travelling water screen area clean as directed by the site engineer including the cost of consumables, T & P's etc.,(Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for cleaning, inspection and rectification/ replacement of the sprocket wheel seating area with chain link roller by carrying out cutting, welding at the necessary places for smooth functioning of travelling water screen baskets in order to collect the debris as directed by the site engineer including the cost of consumables, T & P's etc.,(Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for daily and routine, cleaning and removing floating materials and burnacles from the Coarse screen (vertical trash screen 1Set) by lifting the screen one by one which consists of three segments and moving it to the cleaning area by using crane, cleaning the screens thoroughly one by one and lowering & re-positioning the screens one by one including of cost of consumables and T & P's etc.,(Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

COOLING WATER PUMP ELECTRO CHLORINATION PLANT (CWP-ECP)

Charges for cleaning and up keeping of equipments, cleaning of trenches in Electro chlorination plant in various locations in the CWPH area and to inspect the pipeline from chlorination to CW fore bay discharge line to till the dosing point for any leakages, attending the minor works such as water leakages in pump/valve glands, tightening the gland, replacing the worn out gland rope and pipe line fittings, priming in pumps, struck up in hypo tank level gauge float etc., including cost of consumables and T &P's etc., (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost & rubber spider, all size gland rope will be borne by contractor).

Charges for removing, inspection, cleaning of blower suction filter / pump suction strainer by loosening the all bolt & nuts, dismantling the blower filter/ pump self cleaning strainer, cleaning with service air and reassembling including cost of consumables and T &P's etc., ( (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for replacement of worn out pipe line fittings/flange gaskets/ Blower filters by isolating the system, replacing / rectified the worn out fittings/ gasket/Filters with new one including cost of consumables and T &P's etc., (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost & gasket all size will be borne by contractor).

Charges for replacement of worn out coupling rubber spider/bushes /gland rope in all dosing pumps such as hypo dosing pump, sea water booster pump, acid cleaning pump, neutralization pit pump including cost of consumables and T & P's etc., (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost & rubber spider, all size gland rope will be borne by contractor).

Charges for replacement/repair of valves in chlorination plant by isolating the system, replacing the defective valve with new one by loosening the all bolt & nuts, replacing the worn out flange gasket and normalizing the system including cost of consumables and T &P's etc., (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost & gasket all size will be borne by contractor).

Charges to attend the puncture in CPVC pipe line by CPVC patch /welding in chlorination plant , this work involves isolating the suction / discharge pipe lines/pipe fittings, preparation of surface, applying bonding solution, attending puncture including cost of consumables and T &P's etc., (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost & bonding solution will be borne by contractor).

Charges for replacement of worn out pump with new one /repair works in sea water booster pump/hypochlorite dozing pump by loosening the bed bolt & nuts, isolating the suction, discharge valve, dismantling the suction and delivery lines, decoupling the pump and motor, dismantling the pump internals, replacing the defective and worn-out parts , reassembling the internals, aligning the pump with motor and coupling the pump with motor including cost of consumables and T &P's etc., (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for replacement of worn out pump with new one /repair works in acid cleaning/neutralization pit pump by isolating the suction , discharge valves, dismantling the suction and delivery lines, decoupling the pump and motor, dismantling the pump internals, replacing the defective and worn-out parts, reassembling the internals, aligning the pump with motor and coupling the pump with motor including cost of consumables and T &P's etc., (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for replacement of worn out air blower with new one/repair works in hypo tank air blower by isolating suction, delivery valves, dismantling the suction filter and delivery lines, decoupling blower and motor, dismantling the blower internals, replacing the defective and worn-out part, reassembling the internals, aligning the blower with motor and coupling the blower with motor including cost of consumables and T&P's etc., (Required spares will be supplied by TNPGCL @ free of cost).

Charges for cleaning of hypochlorite tank by isolation of tank inlet and out line valves, opening the man hole door, removing the settled chemical powder inside tank by pocking, cleaning the bottom of the tank by providing water and normalizing the system by closing the manhole door and opening both the tank inlet and out let line valves including cost of consumables and T &P's etc.,(Required dewatering pump with hose, gloves, mask will be borne by the contractor).
