Assembling of AHU
GSS Ducting(Site Fabricated):
Supply & installation of site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. Thickness 0.80 mm sheet
Installation of factory fabricated oval/ Eliptical sheet metal ducts with single wall internal smooth metal liner in accordance with the approved shop drawings and specifications. The ducts shall be insulated with 19mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation(Nitrile Rubber). Thickness 0.80 mm sheet
Fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required including minor civil work and gap sealing with silica gel
Supply installation of powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required including minor civil work and gap sealing with silica gel
Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers along with actuator in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes including power and control cable connection
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of thermal insulated flexible duct of following sizes duly supported at regular interval as per site requirement etc. complete as required as per specifications. 200 mm dia.

Acoustic Lining of Ducts:
Fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenum with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with inforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with admium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required and as per specifications.
Thermal Insulation:
Supplying & Installation of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound). The joints shall sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. The thickness of insulation shall meet the ECBC requirements. 19 mm thick insulation.
Supplying & Installation of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying two coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound). The joints shall sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required. Automatic Purge & Drain Valves Installation of 15mm valve for air venting and drain purposes. Necessary supply and welding of nipples to be considered as required in the site conditions.
Supply and Installation of medium class G.I. condensate drain pipes duly insulated with 9 mm thick nitrile rubber on wall/ Floor/ Ceiling of following size along with necessary clamps, fittings such as bends,tees etc. adequately supported as per specifications and as required.
Installation of Y - STRAINER of Ductile CI Body flanged ends with stainless steel strainer for chilled / hot water circulation including insulation as specified.
Insulation for Chilled Water Piping Laying/ fixing of fire retardant quality expanded polystrene moulded pipe section of density 20 kg/cu.m after a thick coat of cold setting adhesive (CPRX compound) wrapping with 500g polythene and finally applying 0.63mm aluminium sheet cladding complete with type3 , grade 1 roofing feltstrip(as per IS:1322 as amended up to date) at joints repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. The thickness of insulation shall meet the ECBC requirements.
