REPAIRS TO RCC ROOF, WATER PROOFING TREATMENT AND OTHER WORKS IN 2 AND 3 AREA AT AFS PATHANKOT

Cleaning of dust Removal fo all loose existing bituminious material manually and with heat torch gun to get smooth plain finished surface including removing of vegetation/plantation with no loose material on surface. Repair all joints and cracks with Highly elastic Bituminous cold applied putty of Tarplasic having penetration after setting upto 8mm. Levelling of surface to give proper slope will be done as per site requirements with Shalipatch or equivalent make of approved by GE cold applied, Bituminous Mortar & Cold Emulsion cum waterproofing Liquid of make of approved by GE, Created SSD condition on surface with water. Prime the surface with Liquid Membrane Waterproofing Elastomeric Monolithic Acrylic Emulsified water based Bituminous Coating with 200% Elongation make of approved by GE mixed with portable water in the ration of 1 :1 and apply @400gm per Sqm (As per Surface Conditions). (a) Apply first coat of Liquid Membrane Waterproofing Elastomeric Monolithic Acrylic Emulsified water based Bituminous Coating make of approved by GE having elongation 200% conforming to ASTM-C-412 & having crack bridging of 8mm confirming to ASTM-C-836 with tensile strength after 7 days 0.50 mm conforming to ASTM-C-412 with no diluation of water on primed surface while the surface is still tacky with consumption of 700gm per Sqm. Lay Geotex of 45 GSM/ Fibre mesh simultaneously and paste it properly with overlap of 50mm. Allow the first coat to dry for 10 to 12 Hrs. (b) Apply 2nd coat on cured first coat with consumption @ 700gm per Sqm in opposite direction of first coat by Brush or Roller, Allow it to dry for 10-12 hrs (c) Ensure final curing time of 36 hrs before allowing/ carrying out any further work. Conduct ponding test after min 7 day applying two coats of U V Resistand Elastomeric Exterior Axcrylic Weather resistant water proof coating of make of approved by GE having elongation of 300% after curing of 14 days confirming to ASTM D- 6083-- for U V Protection of Bituminous Elastomeric Acrylic Emulsified Liquid Membranc of make of approved by GE to give long life and prevent its deterioration from sunlight. Note:- (a) The Application of water proofing treatment will be executed by the authorised applicator only after take nacessary approval from GE. (b) Shifting/removing of any wire/cable/AC unit/Water tank of any capacityor other any object as per site requirement an re-fixing the same if needed is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (c) Removal of any loose/packed items such as mud phuska, terrace tiles, cement screed bed is to be removed and surface to be made free from depressions before applying treatment to the roof and rates quoted by the contractor deemed to be included and no extra payment will be made on this account. (d) Contractor should verified availability of the materials in full qty from market before quoting the rates as no extension of time on this ground will be granted.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement rendering in CM 1:4 on roof surface finish even and smooth to make the surface depression free for applying roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before above but in patches of area not exceeding 5.00 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length fixed to wall including clamps as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnectiong existing water tanks of capacity exc 250Ltr and Not exc 500 Ltr, settting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning of tanks, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re fexing in position ( cleaning, repairing etc measured separately for water tanks) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnectiong existing water tanks of capacity exc 500 Ltr and Not exc 1000 Ltr, settting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning of tanks, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re fexing in position ( cleaning, repairing etc measured separately for water tanks) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixed rotational moulded polyethiene anti-microbial, plus anti-bacterial virgin polymer granules with FDA approval phthalate free polymer granules and additives 100% UV stabilized lid multi ribbed design water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) of 500 ltrs capacity (multi layer) white in colour including water tank cover (internally/inner lockingarrangement for water tank cover) hoisted and fixed in position including tank nipple inlet & outlet and connecting up pipes including brass valve vall 20mm dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nut of complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 9 above but fixing only complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 20mm bore tubes medium grade galvanized ISI marked with all fittings short pieces and fixed complete to walls, floor, ceiling etc all including taking down existing G I tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 11 above but fixing only complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
