Providing and fixing double scaffolding upto seven storey height made with casurina posts of dia upto 100mm dia 1.50m centre to centre ( both horicontal and vertical casurina posts of dia upto 100mm dia ) joining with rope,nails etc.and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system should be provided with essential safety feautures of the workmen etc.complete all as directed by the Eng-in-charge.(The elevational area shall be measured for payment.)

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc.with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning th exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect.SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded M sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metre and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground excluding the cost of scaffolding charges as directed.

Providing Ramp of sufficient slope with Cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse M sand : 4 grated stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including necessary finishing complete.

Cleaning manhole chamber, removing the stagnated sewage water/ sludge, dust, silt, waste soil etc. and disposal of removed materials within 50m lead by taking earth pit and finally cleaning the manhole with clean water etc. complete as directed .

Cleaning under ground sump/OHT by bailingout water, tank inner surfacess shall be rubbed with wire brushes to remove the fungus,weeds, dust and green mass, silts etc. and the same shall be disposed to the nearest municipal dump. The inner surfaces shall be cleaned with bleaching powderand finally cleaned with clean water. The rate includes two or more coats of white washing on inner side for masonary /RCC sumps.

RCC/ Masonry Over head tank of capacity 8000 litres

Providing and fixing steel handle with holder at the entrance main gate of required length and size by using welding machine ,and MS sections of steel pipe,flat etc.including making good the surface by Grinding,Welding etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Disposal of tree branches,bush,building rubbish by mechanical transportation including stacking, loading and unloading at corporation dumping ground upto a distance of 15km from the site all as directed by E-in-C.
