DEMOLITION OF BUILDING NO T-58 ( TEMPORARY MEDICAL STORE) AND PROVISION OF PARKING SHED FOR MT VEHICLES AT INHS ASVINI

Demolition of of Building No T 58 ( Temporary Medical Store) complete including all fittings, fixtures and ancillaries etc., removing material catered in Schedule of credit for measurement and removing U/s materials/ debris outside MD land as directed. . Note: i) Material obtained from demolition catered in Sch of Credit shall be stacked by the contrtactor for measurement . ii) Serviceable materials other than catered in Sch of Credit shall be returned to Store yard. iii)The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.65 cum getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning filling in, and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc. 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for manholes n.exc.10 Sqm on plan and n.exc.1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil completes all as specified.

Returning filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for 40 mm thick DPC in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with and including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n. exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finished fair and even.complete all as specified

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even & smooth using wall care Birla putty not less than 1mm thick completed all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing surfaces of walls/ceilings by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) over a coat of self primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified .

S&F 80mm dia steel pipe for structural purpose as in vertical posts , cutting tops to shape including necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and embedding post in concrete fixed with angle cleats or other connceting plates of Gde Fe-410-Scomplete all as specified

M & L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for siding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connceting plates of Gde Fe-410-S

S&F mild steel plates ( plain or chequered ) channels, square cut or notched ( ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes, without any attachment including all necessory drilling, bolting,riveting or welding conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an approved colour having tenstile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down exiting roof sheet of any description etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.
