Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depth in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including balling or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring/ struting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unusable material/soil separately and after laying and joining and testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm. layer including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for acess to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting andchiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:11/2: 3(1cement:1 1/2 sand:3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect.:-

Suspended floors, roofs, landings,shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position complete upto floor two levelincluding cost of binding wire with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer incharge. Tor Steel.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Vertical surfaces such as circular walls (any thickness) ,partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings, and the like:-i)Floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floor and wll:- Under 20cm wide.

Supplying Cast iron cover without frame for main hole (For frames of 500mm internal diameter C.I.Cover (Medium duty) the weight of cover to be not less than 58 kg).

Laying and jointing in trenches,galvanised mild steel tubes(Light grade)i/c tube fittings such as Tee, elbow, union & nipple.(earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect.Labour rate only..

Providing, laying, & commissioning at site in trenches to be beveled ended pipe conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 (Latest with up to date amendments) having minimum wall thickness as specified below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in IS/ISO code, in random lengths of 5.5 to 6.5 mtr. The pipe ends shall be levelled suitable for butt welding, including the cost of jointing with butt welding confirming to IS 816-1969 or latest applicable and with uptodate ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welded rods of Advani/oeriliken make/ISI marked (welded rods 3mm to 4mm) and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site, tail pieces,tee bends & other special manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach and of approved specification as per site conditions. and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads & lifts and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The pipe shall have zinc coating inside & outside confirming to IS-4736-1986 or latest with upto date ammendments & shall be engraved with API-X-42 or L-290 The laying shall confirm to BIS 5822-970 or latest with upto date ammendments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Earth work & cost of MS Flanges after 100 meter length shall be measured & paid for seperately.) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials at site and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
