Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) for average 50 mm thickness to bring uniform slope in floors / roofs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for APP polymeric water proofing minimum weighing 3.00 Kg per sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric laid over roof surface with 100 mm over lap and including vertical surfaces upto required height and tucking into grooves and sealing complete with thermofusion, torch application over a tack coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @1.20 Kg/sqm over compatable primer at 0.40 ltr/Sqm including cleaning surfaces and finally one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg per sqm applied over water proofing membrane all as per instructed manufacturer instructions and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement motar, stone/boulder masonry, build in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for old size brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for old size brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up & down steel tubing bore of pipe 15 mm connections, including cleaning and removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 15 mm dia GI pipe medium grade with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement Plaster, any description, on brick walls or stone walls,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) using with WPC @ 2% by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered wall Surfaces of any description, and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

S&F PVC pipe in repair 110mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC pipe in repair 75mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC bends any radius bore of dia 110mm with access door complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC bends any radius bore of dia 75 mm with access door all complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of building materials/debris to a distance of 5 KM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but not exc one brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts/ rafters /pipes etc and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position capacity exc 500 lts and not exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
