Taking down existing unserviceable cubical panel consisting of 06 Nos VCB's including all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) MOVING PORTIONS: Indoor type Metal Clad 11 KV, 800A, 25KA/3 Sec, VCB type Pix- MV , trip ,free with SPMX mechanism mounted on truck carriage complete with fully interlocked rack in and rack out mechanism draw out type as per IEC - 62271-100 & IEC-62271-200, breaker shall be featured with mechanical ON & OFF indicator with hand trip device, Spring release coil, shunt trip & auxillary switch of 6 NOs + 6 NCs (Vaccum interpurter ) & paint shade 631 as per IS-5, Spring charging on 230 V Closing and trippping coil on 30 V DC- 01 No (b) BUS BAR, CT AND PT DETIALS :-(i) One set heat shrinkable PVC sleeved 800 Amps copper bus bars, bus bar joints are encapsulated monoplast compound & HT tape - 01 No (ii) Dual core Epoxy resin cast CT having ratio 30/5+5, burden 10VA , Class 1.0 for metering & IP 10 for protection, STR=25KA/ 1 Sec-03 (iii) Single phase, epoxy resin cast PT of rating (11KV/rt3) , 100 VA Burnder Class - 0.5 with HT and LT fuses-03 (iv) S & F, distribution board sheet steel powder coated double door system , fitted with two covers suitable use on 240/415V, 50 Hz supply , fitted with MCB as incommer with bus bar, neutral link, each bar and din rail complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 to 120Sqmm complete including taking down old one all as specified and directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded , galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables( Heavy Duty) with aluminium conductor , 11000 volts , grade cross sectional area 120 Sqmm , 3 core including taking down old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
