Providing and fixing of Acrylic washable wallpaper of standard thickness and approved design texture and pattern including preperation of base with white cement based wall putty and two coats of wall primer and smooth finish, without wave alongwith applying synthetic addessive of approved made and quality including pressing and rolling the wallpaper properly to achieve the smooth surface in all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of wooden wall panelling with decorative veener ply with 4 mm thick veneered ply fixed on 12 mm thick commercial ply secured on Aluminium section framing panel of 600 mm c/c horizantally and vertically with vertical member 50x50x1.5 mm thick 1200 c/c alternatively in column top nozing of size 50x20 mm section of teak wood. The top and bottom laminate to be pasted with band of 100mm and finished with superior quality melamine polish of exposed surface in all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of designer glass partition 10/12mm thick and 50 mm wide strips in wooden frame of size 100X75 mm including melamine polishing complete .

Providing and fixing of 25 mm wooden planking, tongued and grooved in flooring, including fixing with iron screws complete with :
