Providing and laying dry stone soling in foundation bed, wall bed in horizontal level , flooring, hand packed including cost of stone.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1 :6:12 ( 1 Cement: 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level withcement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying of sundried brick masonry laid in mud mortar, including carriage and complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Nallah Stones.

Providing and laying of Mud Plaster on wall surface with labour cost, carriage and complete job.

20mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position :Using Budloo wood: Wooden Floring Base Frame.

Providing and laying of mud concrete under wooden flooring with 4mm stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing of 1.5” thick wooden plank for flooring with T&G including cost of wood and labour complete job. Budloo Wood.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

French spirit polishing with Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, and clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mm thick) float glass panes including lSI marked M.S. pressed butt• hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. second class Kail wood. 30mm thick per sqm.

Carriage of Cement by Mechanical Transport from an aveerage lead up to 162km.

Carriage of Sand and aggregate from an average lead up to 02Km by mechanical transport.

Carriage of Stone by Mechanical Transport from an average lead up to 03 km.
