| 1 | Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor Type Ring Main Unit (RMU), 11kV, 630A, 21kA for 3 seconds, 5-way, extensible, metal enclosed, SF6 gas insulated, motorized and SCADA compatible, conforming to MSEDCL specification. The enclosure shall be fabricated from CRCA/GI sheet steel, powder coated after seven tank pretreatment process, having minimum IP54 protection for outer enclosure and IP67 protection for the sealed stainless-steel SF6 gas tank. The SF6 gas tank shall be hermetically sealed for life and maintenance free with gas leakage less than 0.1% per annum and provided with gas density monitor/pressure indicator with alarm contacts.
The RMU shall consist of one (01) No. 630A Motorized Load Break Switch (LBS) feeder and four (04) Nos. 630A Motorized Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) feeders with extensible bus arrangement. The RMU shall be complete with copper busbars of adequate current carrying capacity, internal arc classification, mechanical and electrical interlocks, mimic diagram, earthing system, anti-condensation heater, space heater, illumination lamp, terminal blocks, gland plates, cable supports, lifting hooks, danger notice plates, engraved name plate, operation handles and all accessories required for satisfactory operation. | 1 | Each | - | - |

| 1.03 | The RMU shall be provided with one metering module consisting of three single phase Potential Transformers of ratio 11kV/√3 : 110V/√3, 50VA, Class-1.0 accuracy along with one multifunction digital energy meter capable of measuring voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, kWh, kVAh, kvarh, maximum demand and communication through RS-485 Modbus protocol.
The RMU shall further include one Fault Passage Indicator with associated CTs, one Battery Charger of 7AH with maintenance free 24V (12V + 12V 2 Nos.) DC Battery Bank, 500VA Auxiliary Transformer, SF6 gas pressure indicator with alarm contacts,1 No. Handles for RMU, anti-condensation heater, internal control wiring, ferruled terminals, cable glands, cable supports, earthing terminals, hardware, foundation frame and all accessories required for complete installation.
The equipment shall be factory assembled, factory tested and type tested for dielectric withstand, temperature rise, short circuit withstand, internal arc, mechanical endurance, protection degree and routine tests as per relevant IEC standards. The scope shall include transportation, unloading, installation, alignment, cable termination, testing, commissioning, SCADA integration, demonstration of satisfactory performance and handing over complete in all respects. | - | - | - | - |

NOTE:-The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following items complete in all respects and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account:-
(a) Transportation of complete RMU from manufacturer's works to site, unloading, shifting, handling and safe storage at site.
(b) Design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of complete Indoor 11kV Motorized SF6 Ring Main Unit including all standard accessories and fittings.
(c) Supply and installation of 11kV Heat Shrink Indoor Cable Termination Kits suitable for the specified XLPE HT cables including all consumables.
(d) Civil foundation including excavation, PCC, RCC foundation, reinforcement, anchor bolts, grouting, cable trench modifications and restoration as per manufacturer's approved drawings & Any minor civil works, cutting, drilling, sealing, painting and restoration required during installation shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.
(e) Installation, alignment, erection, interconnection, cable termination, earthing, testing and commissioning of the complete RMU.
(f) Supply and installation of 500VA Auxiliary Potential Transformer complete with all accessories.
(g) Supply of Right Angle Cable Boots, cable glands, gland plates, cable supports, ferrules, lugs, insulating sleeves, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers and all fixing materials.
(h) Battery charger, maintenance free 24V DC battery bank, auxiliary wiring, terminal blocks, control wiring and interconnections.
i) Fault Passage Indicator (FPI) complete with associated current transformers.

| 1.05 | (k) Numerical Over Current and Earth Fault Protection Relays complete with current transformers, programming, relay settings and testing.
(l) Complete SCADA compatible terminals, auxiliary contacts, communication wiring, RS-485/Modbus communication port and interface required for future SCADA integration.
(m) Factory routine tests, type test certificates, inspection, packing, forwarding, transit insurance and delivery at site.
(n) Site testing including insulation resistance test, contact resistance test, primary injection test, secondary injection test, functional checks, relay testing, interlock testing, HV withstand test wherever applicable and commissioning.
(o) Submission of manufacturer's test certificates, warranty certificates, operation & maintenance manuals, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, foundation drawings and all statutory documents.
(p) Labour, T&P, lifting equipment, scaffolding, consumables and all incidental works necessary for successful completion of the work.
