Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of single phase geared AC induction motor for sliding gate upto 800Kg weight having 220 volts, 50 Hz, single phase, 550W provide high torque at low speed ensure accurate stopping of gate at fully open and fully closed options with tntegrated electronic control board inside the motor housing which supports configuration of opening/ closing with heavy duty outer closing designed for outdoor installation, consisting of push button- 01 No. Motor shall be operable with manual push button and remote control transmitter- 02 Nos (remote control operating range shall be approximately 30-50 meters in open line-of-site condition). Motor shall include wireless safety photocell sensor to detect obstacle in the movement path of the gate. Note:- (i) Quoted rate include cost of MS module rack suitable for gate sliding. M&L for repair/servicing of moving target machine trolly type operated with 220 volt, 50 Htz. Machine comprises of 0.33 HP motor, 0.33 HP frequency drive motor, on/off remote control, target on/off remote, limit switch assembly, timer, RF antina, bearing, wheel, worm gear box, moving target gear bearing etc to make fully functional and operational in working condition by repairing or replacing the spare parts. Nore:- 1. Unit rate is inclusive of transportation, required spare parts, nut bolts, other necessary accesories etc to complete the job. 2. Testing of moving target machine will be done in presence of user and Engineer in charge 3. Contractor has advised to visit the site before quoting the rate for correct assessment of work.
