Supply, lay, connect test and commissioning of 3 core, 95 Sqmm, 11000 Volts grade(Earthed) XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor laid in trench/under ground/wall/surafce/tunnel/duct including taking out unserviceable burnt out cable complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia( THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm -7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. Backfill compound should be eco-frendly and having RoHs certification . GI Electrode Shall be tested from CPRI.The earting pit should be cover with pcc(1:2:4 , B1) cover ,of 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed make: ASHLOK / INDELEC/JMV /TERCEL.

Supply, test, install & commissioning of HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air break switch complete set triple pole mechanically operated ,suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting(suitable for existing one) on suitable 11kv insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 400 Amps and connecting up with jumpers, testing and commissioning including dismantling/disconnecting & taking down the old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L stay assembly comprising of MS stay plate 6 mm thick and of size 300 x 300 mm and 20 mm dia MS stay rod, 2150 mm long including thimbles GI stay strand 7/3.15 mm dia of required length complete all as shown on electrical plate No.1 on page No.495 of MES SI Part-I 2009 including necessary excavation PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), loop insulator as specified in SI and including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L ACSR jumper with lugging termination ends in HT/LT over head line as that of existing size including binding wire, nuts & bolts washers complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and convention skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 11 KV of size 25 x 20 cm complete

M&L for Attending of HT 11 kV Break downs, checking faults and renwal of burnt fuse wires in in 11kV/1.1kV installations with necessary tools i.e 11kv discharge rod, meggers,gloves etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:(i) T&P shall be provided by contractor in free of cost, deemed rate shall be included in the quoted rate. (ii) One Skilled electrican and helper shall be provided while attending this job in free of cost,deemed rate shall be included in the quoted rate. (iii) proper isloation and safety guidelines shall be followed by the contractor, incase of any eventulity the contractor is fully responsible.

M&L for stringing in position of HT/LT overhead line on poles/2-pole/4-pole structures and any other HT/LT accessories etc with continuous aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of vessal (35 sqmm) size & including taking down old unserviceable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Quoted rate shall be included of supply and fixing of copper binding wire or aluminium tapes which shall not be included in the weight of conductors

M &L for Disconnection of all Primary/Secondary connections of the defective transformer rating above 160kVA and up to 320kVA out door / indoor type, any make, taking down / out from plinth / pole / platform with the help of suitable crane and transporting the same carefully to workshop for repair and bringing back and test,install &commissioning in its original existing position by making all neccessary connections complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of Crane and Transporting Charges to and fro to Port Blair in this Job.

M &L for Opening top cover of transformer taking out complete oil and keeping in clean and dry container, taking out core & winding from the body,remove the sludge from tank complete and segregation of HT/LT leg coil from transformer including job assembling of jointing the connections pf HT/LT coil in core assembling complete insulation works, setting of core, making new connections (as per existing connections), proper alignment of job including keeping in oven chamber of as per IS Specification of respective transformer capacity for remove the moisture as well as fixing of upper yoke lamination, checking, tightening, nuts, bolts, washers and all types of gasket ( Bushing and tank) etc and welding if any leakage found in body or fins, making good dificient item if any, testing the jobs with megger for proper results including two coats of anti corrosive paint aftre cleaning inside transformer tanks and two coats of outside painting including writing KVA Capacity, repairs of body by means of welding, jointing if required complete for capacity up to 160 KVA with complete Testing and Commissioning all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L for Reconditioning of over heated HT/ LT coil of transformer up to 320 KVA after removing all old insulation any type and re-insulation as required and remaking of LT coil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Opening of the 11 KV / 0.433 KV Distribution transformer rating up to 320 KVA by removing the inspection cover / top cover, decanning of the transformer oil up to the required level,check leaked cork seal(if any), check the un sericeable insulators & LT/HT bush (if any) complete from the shell and making connections of LT/HT bush,insulators & cork seals to avoid leakage and refilling oil back to existing postion into the transformer complete testing & commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Supply and fixing of HT bushing rod / studs for any make of transformer rating up to 320 kVA mounted on pole/plinth, made of brass of suitable size with nut and washers, Insulator and fittings etc as per size and shape of original complete including taking down old u/s one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of LT bushing rod / studs for any make of transformer rating up to 320 kVA mounted on pole/plinth, made of brass of suitable size with nut and washers, Insulator and fittings etc as per size and shape of original complete including taking down old u/s one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Gasket set(crok sheet) for any make of transformer rating upto 320 KVA for top of transformer or conservator tank after decanning the required level of oil including taking down old u/s one complete all as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L for Replacement of air breather with filled silica gel suitable for any make of tranformer rating up to 320 KVA mounted on plinth/pole including taking out old u/s one complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L for Dehydration including filtration cleaning of transformer oil in transformer indoor/ outdoor type by centrifusion / machine having minimum capacity 1000 to 30000 ltrs/ hrs including testing insulation and vescocity of oil before and after dehydration complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L for Shifting of the any make of transformer rating up to 320 KVA mounted onplinth/pole from existing location to new location and existing transformer vice versa, including removing and reconnections of HT/LT side, jumper / cable connection, control cable connection of both transformers including testing and commission complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of necessary crane / vehicle charges for shifting and installation of the transformer.

Dismantling HT/LT pole of any height by taking out from PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as directed including fixing the pole in true vertical position including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as base concrete and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in both foundation and coping of poles all as specified in SSR Part I-2009 and applying two coats of aluminium paint to pole surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for cleaning/Painting the HT poles of OH lines and HT 9/11 mtr Single poles/four poles/two poles structure complete with cross arms any height and any description thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/rust carefully and applying two coats of synthetic aluminum paint including marking and colour washing of pole coping details as are under :- (a) Two poles with cross Arms

M&L for Spray painting of upto 320 KVA transformer pole mounted / plinth mounted at site and applying two coat of synthetic enameled Smoke grey paint after removing all dust & rust and paint shall confirm to IS 2032 including marking or transformer capacity with stencil letter with black or white paint and Font and Size of letter shall be directed by Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying cement concrete in foundation (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate including form work complete as specified

Supply and laying PCC (1:3:6) 20mm graded aggregate type C1 forcoping of PCC pole 11 mtrs long complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and laying PCC (1:2:4) type B2 40mm graded aggregate for foundation of PCC pole 11 mtrs long complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Cutting anxious green growth / vegitation growth for cleaning out the area around transformer installations and two/four pole structure yards at ground level by cutting out roots, un wanted plants bushes and removel of the same by surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep average 15 cm complete

Maintenance of earthings of installations like cleaning of earth pits, treatment of earthing by pauring salt water, replacement of perished wire mesh, unserviceable funnel and repair works like patch works to the PCC chambers and RCC cover with cement mortar 1 : 4 all as directed.

Restreching/Restringing, tightening and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor of any size on HT/LT poles including necessary Aluminium binding wire connectors PVC sleeves for jumper, fixing of insulators and prunning of tree complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out existing D O fuse unit 3 pole 11 KV channel mounted complete including supply and fix for new D O fuse unit 3 pole 11 KV channel mounted complete set including mounting on post top insualtors and other misc accessories for the satisfactory completion of job complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out HT/LT UG cable of any size laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/surface and relaying/rerouting the same cable shall laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/surface as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:(i)Earth work shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant items (ii) taking out & relaying of cable protection pipe shall be deemed to be inclusive in above quoted rates (iii) Cable protection pipe will be measured and paid separetely under relavent items below

M&L for Meggering with 1000v/2500v/5000v hand operated megger machine of HT Overhead conductor between Span to Span/two pole structure/four pole structure, any type insulator with complete diconnection & reconnection of jumper for checking of fault and rectification for any size any place after disconnection of AB switch complete.

S&F cable route indicator,made out of 150mm dia and 6mm thick MS plate,duly embossed with description as "MES HT 11kV UG cable" fitted to 0.5m long angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x3mm with bolts and nuts and painting all over with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 block size 200mm x 200mm x 200mm and planted in cable trench all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F cable route indicator,made out of 150mm dia and 6mm thick MS plate,duly embossed with description as "MES LT 1.1kV UG cable" fitted to 0.5m long angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x3mm with bolts and nuts and painting all over with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 block size 200mm x 200mm x 200mm and planted in cable trench all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE : An Amount of Rs 24,135/- towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum
