Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) including removing of demolished materials exceeding 50 m from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. including removing of demolished materials not exceeding 50 m from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slab & tiles of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing of demolished materials not exceeding 50 m from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC path or hard standing, finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including fixing of glass dividing strips in position, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Glass dividing strips shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, finished the surfaces fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequrred cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, rubber moulded glossy finish, machine pressed with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors / path, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces, finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3mm thick and 38mm wide glass dividing strips inserted in position to confirm design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs kerbstone with LED lighting system as per following specifications of approved make size-with vertical mounting legs with 10 mm horizontal shape, illuminated kerb stone having visible dimensions 500mmx 150mmx 150 mm (As per IRC- 86:1983), 80mm legs having mild steel reinforcement shall be embedded bit/ concrete road surface. The kerb stone having kerb angle of 45 degree with rubber plugs at both ends of kerb stone having load carrying capacity vertical 1465 kg, horizontal 2349 kg and having thermal stability -40 to + 120 degree celcius, in grace protection and connector rating IP-67, electrical wires as per IS-694, led strip (as per 1m : 80) standard including electrical fixing/ fixtures like FRP junction box consisting of 10 Amp switch module power supply having input voltage 230 v, output voltage 36v DC, 2 pole MCB, illuminated kerb stone having warranty for 3 years and kerb stone shall be fixed in to cast in situ cement concrete of M20 grade at base, back filling and grooves including dismantling of old unserviceable existing kerbstone and removal of dismantled material to a distance as directed by Engr-in-charge, complete all as directed.
