Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in deep in hard/dense soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified.

Removing excavated material of any type of hard/dense soil from site to a distance not exc. 50 mtr away and depositing where directed to exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil all as specified.

Taking up or down Ductil Iron water mains Pipe 250 mm bore (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing ERW MS pipe class 'B' pipe 250 mm bore having wall thickness 6mm with permissible tolerance + 10%, pipe shall be confirming to IS-3589, IS marked, with minimum tensile strength of 410 Mega Pascalsand steel grade of Fe-410 along with flange joints including nut bolts, washers, flanges etc. laid in trenches/along road/on surfaces/slopes/pillars/culverts/causeways etc. including connection with main and branch line of CI/GI/DI/MS pipes with fittings, Complete all as specified by the directed. Note:- (i) Flanges to be provided at every 6 Mtr length or shorter length as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Flange will be welded to the pipe and gasket to be provided between two flanges and will be fixed with 12 Nos of nuts and bolts (M20 TYPE) at each jointing. The cost of flanges, nuts, and bolts, gaskets and connecting of flanges to pipe line by welding will be deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (ii) All standard fittings such as bends (any type, radius or angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing , decreasing or double socket etc)TEE pieces single branch, 'Y' JUNCTION, double branch, cross collars, cap and plugs, Ms flanges complete bend TEE pieces, collars, elbow, tail piece etc are deemed to be included in the quoted team rate. (iii) Jointing of pipe line will be done through flanging only. Cutting of existing pipeline and connecting the proposed pipe line with bends, tees etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted item rate. (iv) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately) Make of MS Fittings-IS marked.

M&L for cutting of existing road for crossing of MS/DI/CI/GI Pipes for laying of any size Pipes including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing with pre mix bituminous carpet, Width of trench shall be 0.60m & depth shall be upto 1.5m.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in supporting of pipes/stone wall etc. Including form work. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
