Supply and fixing Energy efficient LED Flood light Luminaire, high PF, 150W, energy saving and environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium IP 66 protection, 240V, complete with pre-wired using 1.5 Sqmm, FRLS PVC insulated (Unsheathed) three core cable, 1100V grade with multi-stranded copper conductor (Upto 3.0 RM), from junction box to light fitting and testing & commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type HT 11 KV panel, 630 Amp load break switch and earth switch suitable for 3 phase, 50 Hz and factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated in approved shade having thickness not less than 100 mircrons provided with suitable gasket to make it dust /vermin proof. The Air type load break switch a simple and compact construction with epoxy insulators, double switch blades, forged contacts with arc quenching chamber, lagging pin and loop less current path and RMU type configurations, complete with tripping initiation by means of fuses, the dry type arc quenching chambers join two switch principle for safe disconnections of heavy and small current, manually operated, one incoming and one outgoing without metering module conforming to IS- 9920, complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of bricks masonry valve pit of size 120 x 120 x 120 cm (internal dimension) of sub clasa "B" bricks builts in cement mortor (1:4) on 200 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bedding and coping, 15 cm thick cement platering on cm (1:4) internally & externally upto 15cm below ground level and providing valve pit cover with 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame fixed on top surface of pit wall on edge of the cover and hinged in one side and providing locking arrangement including complete painting of the corner with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

AIR CONDITIONING Supply and install hi wall split units indoor type/ outdoor complete with cordless remote controrl unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimun 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.
