MAINT AND REPLACEMENT OF LT UG CABLES, MAINT OF STREET LIGHT/FLOOD LIGHT/SOLAR LIGHT ALONGWITH TIMER, SUB STN BOARD MCCBS, MAINT OF POLES AND CONNECTED WORK AT GRC AND MES COLONY AREA UNDER GE KAMPTEE.

Taking down the unserviceable LT cable of any size from tranches/ walls /floor etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- laying of cable route is same as old cable route .

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core including testing after laid and jointed all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, cable protection shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm, 4 core including testing after laid and jointed all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, cable protection shall be measured and paid separetely.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of Cables, poles, stay and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in repair Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe For laying of Electric cable of size 50 mm outer diameter and 38 mm inner Diameter with IS 16285 (part 2):2001 laid in trenches, wall, floor, pole including bends, sockets and other connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 1100 Volt LT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) All T&P and other accessories required for checking and finding of fault in cable shall be provided by the Contractor (ii) Charges/rent of the fault locating mobile machine, operator, engineer, electricians etc shall be deemed to included rate quoted by Contractor. (iii) Checking and finding fault upto 05 places of same route of the cable will be considered as one Job.

Supply and fix in repair Heat shrinkable straight through cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Any Excavation and earth work, Returning and filling, Removing involved shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix in repair Heat shrinkable straight through cable jointing kit for 1100 Volts grade cable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Any Excavation and earth work, Returning and filling, Removing involved shall be measured and paid separately.
