Procurement of 33,000 Nos. of 15mm dia Multi Jet Class B Magnetic Type Water Meters conforming to IS 779/1994 or ISO 4064/2014 with its latest amendments.-EZ

The Tenderer should be a Manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied 15mm dia Multijet class B Magnetic type water meters conforming to IS:779/1994 OR ISO:4064/2014 with its latest amendments upto at least 26,400 Nos and above (End user)in any one of the last three years to any Govt. organization (2023-24 to 2025-26) (Necessary supply orders, performance certificates and 3rd party inspection certificates issued by Government agency are to be enclosed

The tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative(Dealer)/ agent of a Manufacturer meeting with the above requirements in full will also be considered provided:i)The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per the conditions of contract. ii)The tenderer as authorized representative(Dealer) should have supplied satisfactorily at least 9,900Nos. of 15mm dia Multijet Class B Magnetic type water Meters conforming to IS779/1994 OR ISO:4064/2014 with its latest amendments to any Government Organization in one of the last three financial years (2023-24 to 2025-26) (Necessary supply orders, performance certificates and 3rd party inspection certificates issued by Government agency are to be enclosed)

If the Tenderer be a Micro & Small Enterprises who should enclose relevant Certificate issued by Competent Authority, in the absence of which the tenderers will not be considered for further evaluation. If the Tenderer be a MSME Enterprises who must have manufactured, tested and supplied 15mm dia Multijet class B Magnetic type water meters conforming to IS:779/1994 OR ISO:4064/2014 with its latest amendments upto at least 13,200 Nos. to any Govt. organization (End Users) in any one of the last two financial years (2024-25 to 2025-26)

The tenderer shall possess valid IS:779/1994 OR ISO:4064/2014 with for manufacturing of 15mm dia Multijet Class B Magnetic type water meters offered. Being an Authorized representative (Dealer) shall submit Manufacturers valid IS:779/1994 OR ISO:4064/2014 for manufacturing of 15mm dia Multijet Class B Magnetic type water meters

The Tenderer (Manufacturer/Dealer) should possess in Three financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.934.56 Lakh during the last three preceding financial years (2023-24 to 2025-26)

Based on G.O for Micro & Small Enterprises should posses a minimum financial turnover of Rs.233.64 Lakhs during the at least 2 preceding financial years (2024-25 to 2025-26)

The tenderer should demonstrate the availability of liquid assets and availability of credit facility of not less than Rs.140.18 Lakh (Credit line/letter of credit/Certificates from Nationalizes/ scheduled Bank

The tenderer should posses FCRI life cycle test conforming to ISO 4064:2014 with specification of nominal flow(Q3) of 2.5cum/h, R100.

The Tenderer shall possess an Assessed Available Tender Capacity (AxN-B)
