Modification of existing Marriage Hall by Providing Ceiling at Ward No. 01 under Gram Panchayat Wimberlygunj.

Providing and Fixing at all height false ceiling with PVC sheet of size 3000 x 300 mm jointed interlocking and fixed with main channel and perimeter angle by self tapping SS Screws of size 19 mm including providing and fixing frame work consisting of perimeter G Angle of size 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.5 mm thick fixed along walls with necessary screws and main GI channel of size 42 mm x 15 mm x 15 mm with perimeter angle a 1m height centre to centre with SS screws of size 19 mm to make grid to multichambered PVC sections and suspended to the grid using GI angle of size 25mm x 10 mm x 1mm thick fixed to ceiling withfixed of size 35 mm at 1 meter centre to centre along the direction of each and every main channel and providing necessary cut out for electric connections fans, lighting, air conditionings etc. and visible out edges, corners and junctions with wall shall be covered by extruded PVC corner beading sections of size 13 mm x 10 mm x 18 mm thick all complete as per the manufactures specification.

Supplying and fixing of Jet Black Granite Stone with engraving the letters, making border, Painting and polishing as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge for foundation & inaugural function.

Wiring for Light Point /Fan Point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface /recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S.box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Group -C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc with charcole, cole and salt as required.

Providing and Fixing 25 mm x 5 mm xcopper strip in 40 mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, spring, wasjher excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and Fixing 25 mm x 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as required.

Supplying and Installation of LED surface light similar to Bajaj 2x2 Surface LED Fitting, Lamp type 36W, Ordering code: BPRF 36W WH LED design surface mounted square LED panel (Bottom Opening Clean Room Luminairs) die cast body which provides soft light and glare free symmetrical illumination suitable as required. Make: Bajaj or Equivalent to ISI Standard.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type floor mounted cubical panel board made of not less than 1.0 mtr x 0.70 mtr x 0.5 mtr non extendable type L.T 3 phase 440V, 100A with both side open i/c front double hang shutter with locking arrangement made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet in different compartment to accommodate various sizes of switch gear, busbar i/c supplying and fixing of following items i/c inter connection with 1 sq. mm copper cable. The panel should have inner earthing, one coat of primer and 2 coat of finishing water proof paint & danger plate etc. as required and its for legs madeof equal angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm.
