Disconnecting electrical connections from the panel and dismantling the water outlet connections to the borewell column pipe, lifting/taking out the submersible pumpset along with the motor upto 12.5 HP capacity from any depth along with column pipe 50/80mm bore of any type and keeping aside carefully for repairing of motor/pumpset complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening the submersible pump and motor of any capacity for inspection/repairs and reassembling the same after carrying out repairs/replacement of worn out/ unserviceable spares with new ones, including cleaning exposed steel surfaces and applying one coat of approved spray painting and replacing packing bolts, mild steel clamps etc., with new ones and making the pump and motor fully functional including necessary machining work, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: (a) Spares parts required will be measured and paid under relevant items of this BOQ as SUPPLY ONLY (b) Rewinding of motor, if required will be measured and paid separately as M&L.

Lowering the submersible pumpset removed under Sl item No. 2 above after carrying out repairs to the pumpset including connecting up of all electrical and water connections, testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Flushing of bore well to any depth with the compressed air continuously to remove complete loose soil, silt, sludge etc., till clear water is obtained to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of submersible motor of capacity upto 5.0 HP with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge and same number of turns as that of existing including tying the winding and connecting the coils and bringing the connections as that of existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting and taking out burnt out winding from the stator of Pump motor of 100 HP capacity carefully, cleaning the stator from the deposits of burnt copper and carbon using necessary cleaning agent and applying slot insulation with Melinex paper and rewinding the stator with super enamelled copper wire of same guage and same number of turns as that of existing carefully and tying the winding free from induction vibrations and bring the winding to operate on 415 volts three phase AC supply of 50 Hz, pre-heating in oven and applying the insulating varnish and post heating for attaining proper insulating strength complete all as specified and directed.
