Rectification & Major over hauling of 245KV CB of CGL make Circuit Breaker type 2005FM40S. work includes overhauling of control block assembly. Opening latch, closing latch, support latch, anti-pumping assembly. Opening cleaning and greasing of motor charging system, replacement of worn out part checking of shock absorber closing damper etc. Adjustment of all gaps, cleaning and greasing of levers, connecting rods, cam, disc, cam etc. Checking of mechanism assembly for wear and tear, rectification / repairing of worn out parts. Checking of limit switch, power connectors, auxiliary connectors for proper functioning. Checking and retightening of all electrical connections. Chacking for gas leakage from copper pipe assembly of gas system. Measurement of closing and tripping time of circuit breaker measurement of contact resistance of circuit breaker.
