Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Networking Equipment for AFC-PC System in N-S Metro Corridor.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of 1.5 V/N or "V' whichever is less; where V = Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N = Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Bidding Form-B, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The tenderer must have received contractual payments in the previous three financial years and the current financial year up to the date of inviting of tender, at least 150% of the advertised value of the tender. The tenderers shall submit Certificates to this effect which may be an attested Certificate from the concerned department / client or Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. Note for 10.2: Client certificate from other than Govt. Organization should be duly supported by Form 16A/26AS generated through TRACES of Income Tax Department of India.

The tenderer must have successfully completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Similar nature of work in this tender defined as: Bidder must have prior experience in supply, installation and commissioning of Networking Equipment in Indian Railway. or Bidder must have prior experience in supply, installation and commissioning of Networking Equipment and AFC-PC system in any Metro Railway. or Bidder must have prior experience in supply, installation and commissioning of Networking Equipment and CCTV Surveillance system in Indian Railway.

The tenderer must have successfully completed the similar work i.e. Bidder must have prior experience in supply, installation and commissioning of Networking Equipment in Indian Railway. or Bidder must have prior experience in supply, installation and commissioning of Networking Equipment and AFC-PC system in any Metro Railway. or Bidder must have prior experience in supply, installation and commissioning of Networking Equipment and CCTV Surveillance system in Indian Railway. As per Standard Eligibility criteria in this Tender. The bidder should submit work completion certificate along with the bid. Technical evaluation of bids: The technical evaluation of the bids will be done to ascertain whether the bid is substantially technically responsive or not. The technical bid evaluation will be carried out concurrently. Document Verification: All the design documents, compliance sheet and technical documents will be examined in conformance with the technical specification as per Chapter -VI and other relevant clauses of this document. Delivered compliance sheet should include each and every item covered in Chapter-VI and any item should not be left blank.
