Improvement of Road and Drain with installation of Cover Slab From Trinath Mandir to Sambhu Narayan Pada Masani in Ward No-15

Scarifying the existing bituminous and granular road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with all cost,conveyance and taxes etc. complete.

Providing and Applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spreading primer @ 0.60kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause -501 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing Tack coat on prepared bituminous surface with bitumen emulsion (RS) and spreading @ 0.20kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Provideing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output to 75 tons per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transpoated to site, laid over a previously prepaired surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 504 desired compaction.

Provideing & Laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tons per hour using crushed aggrigates of specified gradeing premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 percent of mix amndx filler ,transpoting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatics paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508complete in all respects.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 803.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Dismentaling and removing cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50 m. lead.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand and wel watered &rammedetc . Complete including cost of sand .

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) by using 4cm. Size B.H.G. metal including cost, conveyance etc. complete.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Crusher broken) including all cost, conveyance , royality etc. complete.

RCC work of M 20 grade with 20 mm and down grade black hard granite (Crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for C.C. works including false works and dismentalingthen after casting including cost of materials complete.

Provision for construction of transparency pillar with written charges and submission of working photo graphs
