Construction of Richhai tank Scheme of earthen dam (without canal) on local nalla near village Richhai of Berasia Block of gross capacity 0.83 MCM nalla closure work including earth work for main dam and C.O.T. filling (including watering but excluding compaction), B.T., filter, pitching and chipping, turfing etc complete construction of Flush bar type waste weir at RD 0 m & 3.5 m chute fall in spill channel. Excavation of spill channel on Turnkey basis. This work also include finalization of detailed alignment by survey of dam, spill channel, FTL, Submergence, Property. The work also comprises of planning survey an investigation, Geological survey, preparation of drawings, designs, water planning, alignment, estimates of all components as per M.P.W.R.D. specification and as per I.S.I. code where ever applicable and obtaining approval from the competent authority, preparation of land plans and land acquisition cases, and preparation of forest case and finalization from competent authority and award from revenue authority (excluding cost of permanent land acquisition), shifting and reinstallation of all type of electric lines, telephone lines, water supply line and other temporary structures where ever required. Providing and fixing of benchmark at every 1 km and at every structures, fixing of reference pillars of size 0.30 m x 0.30 x 0.45 m (0.15 m above G.L.) at every 100 m with writing of benchmark value on top and writing of R.D. wise location at every structures on up strem and downstream face of dam. Construction of service road on d/s of dam with structures for supervision of all type of works, taking measurements, Preparation of bills and establishment quality control unit at site for all filed lab tests during construction work preparation of maps and related document for constituting water users association of 150 ha of command area by lift. etc. complete including operation and maintenance for two year after completion of the project as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per details given in scope of work
