Amount

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work

Concrete with 4cm gauge I class brick ballast (class 150) , coarse sand ( (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 10:5:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion

First class brick (class-150) work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (F.M.1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved hard stone ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, side shuttering if required and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work

Concrete with 4cm gauge I class brick ballast (class 150) , coarse sand ( (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion

Laying cement concrete road slab consisting of 1 part cement 2part approved coarse sand and 4 part approved 20mm down graded stone aggregate over prepared sub grade after its rectification and bringing it to proper camber and shape and making good to the satisfaction of E/I inclduing cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

TMT/Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor)

Filling of 20 mm. wide 100/150 mm. deep joint with coarse sand and saw dust mixed with hot bitumen etc. complete.

Supply and laying of 80 mm thick I shaped mechanically compressed rubber mould inter locking cement concrete paver block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 200X(160+120 mm) with minimum 5 mm thick toping of O.P.Cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The compressive strength of concrete pavers blocks shall not be less than 30 MPa & 4.5 Kg/No. including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge but excluding G.S.T. which shall be paid extra as per rules.
