Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Taking down cement plaster on brick/surfaces built in cement mortar including raking out joints, bedding for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajjas, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and applying microconcrete of Fosroc, Dr Fixit, or equivalent around edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent Fosroc's Nitobond or equivalent for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering all as required as per site condition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affeced RCC column, Beams, Slabs and chajjas on the external façade, etc beyond main r/f (if required in the opinion of the consultant), Carefully with chisel and hammer, Providing and applying (Rusticide SS Rust passivator or equivalent as specific in the brand names to existing r/f. bars including wire brushing of reinforcement, cleaning washing of concrete etc complete as directed. Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent as specified in the Brand name and cement proportion 1:5:15 to existing r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of Poyalk EP or equivalent as specified in the brand Name and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and r/f substrate complete as directed, Providing and applying "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as speified in the brand Name. Polymer modified cement mortar in required proportion (1:5:15) to RCC members including Hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Moistening the cracks, Providing and applying priming/ bonding coats of slurry made out of "POLYALK EP" and cement (Or equivalent as specified in the list of brands names) in proportion 1:1 to surface prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks/ Grooves by Providing and applying "POLYALK EP" 20mm thick Polymer modified cement mortar (Or equivalent as specified in the list of brand Names) in proportion of 1:5:15 (polyalk EP: Cement: Graded sand/ quartz sand) on the prepared/ surfaces and finishing it in level with the existing plaster including Hands Packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/ punch etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
Material and labour RCC (1:2:4) type BI using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs, beam, wall, drain cover, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour 10mm dia over mild steel TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not lessthan 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
-ditto- all as per item No 10 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels cantilevers, shelves including supt-ports, slabs, overhangs, etc. Also splays between floors and beams, etc. rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered or un plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulsion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for complete removal on existing plastered wall surface, over 10cm girth preparation of surfaces, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emulsion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instruction and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour in repairs Stainless steel decoravtive railings (grade 316), staircase (design and pattern as approved made out of SS pipes, SS flats, SS plates etc. Complete with and including necessary welding , buffing/polishing,necessary nut bolt, anchore bolt and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour in repairs Stainless steel decoravtive railings chain alloy(grade 316), having 8 mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved ) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. Complete with and including necessary welding , buffing /polishing , necessary nut bolt, anchore boltand fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour cutting out precast cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) , concrete blocks, slabs, brick work or stone masonry work (in alternate course), forming toothings for and bonding new work in mortar into old work including new materials entering old work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for ready mix cement concrete in Pavement/Hard standing (PQC) M-40 of flexural strength of 40Kg/Square centimetre in field using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre laid in bays or as directed with and including steel formwork to sides of concrete spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for PCC 100mm thick D-2 type (1:4:8), using (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Fixing expanded metal, weight nexc 4.00 Kg per sqm bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour precast RCC (1:2:4) type BI using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and set incement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified. (Reinforcement shall be measured complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Running welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded upto exc 6mm but n exc 9 mm all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Welding in repairs exc 2.50 cm but n exc 5 cm, any thickness of metal to be welded all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
Material and Labour for errection & dismantling of MS tubler double scaffolding (H frame) upto height of 30m & with necessary brazing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloths for carring out external face work of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
