M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 300 mm x 300 mm x 3 mm thick, burried directly in ground in vertical position, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below ground level. The earth plate to be connected with copper earthing strip of size 25 mmx 3mm thick by means of brazing between copper strip and earth plate min 45 cm in vertical length and copper strip also to be joined by brazing only. The copper earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) up to ground level and thereafter with 40mm dia HDPE pipe up to test point. Earthing shall include provision of funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 cm thick Tibba sand and 2nd layer with 30 cm of Magnesium sulphate powder (compact thickness), 3rd layer with tibba sand up to ground level. Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal dimensions), using old size sub class 'B' brick, built in CM 1:6 and 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 both internally and externally with 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type 8-2 in benching complete with and including 2 mm thick mild steel sheet cover (mounted on angle iron frame of size 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type 8-1 coping), fitted with proper locking arrangement, hinges and handle of suitable size and painting with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on all steel surfaces, including necessary earth work ( in soft/loose soil), returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed
External Electric Supply
Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type step down transformer, 11KV/433 volts AC three phase 50 Hz, 400 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural- Air natural (ONAN), with external cooling tubes/fins, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at ±2.5 % & ± 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. Losses at 50% load not more than 829 W & at 100% load not more than 2164 W .The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celcius in oil and 55 degree celcius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celcius. The transformer shall be IS-1180 ,4 star and shall comprise of following (a) Three nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with brass/copper rods, nuts and washer and cable box (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out out of LT 1100 volts grade XLPE, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel)
(e) Explosive vent, themometer pocket on tank cover, oil levbel gauge, oil drain filtervalve, lifting lugs/jacks, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers (f) One no dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celcius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device.
(g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral including all other standard accessories. Note: (i) First filling of new transformer oil conf to IS-335 marked filtered and tested upto 40KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between electrodes. (ii) Rate also inclusive for providing tools & plants required for testing and commissioning of transformer by SEI. (iii) Rate is included for necessary foundation as per recommendation of manufacturer

Taking out carefully old HT cable of size 95 sq mm x 3 Core, XLPE/PVC sheathed 11000 volts grade armoured with aluminum conductor carefully of any size from trenches, poles, under floor etc for further use/disposal all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work will be measured & paid separately.(ii) Serviceable cable cover to be staged at site properly for re-use.
Shifting the serviceable cable after testing and relaying HT cable 11000 volt grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core in new location ,in trenches and testing and connecting complete. (Note: Excavation, earth work, Sand and PCC covers will be measured and paid separately under relevant items).
