Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for· (including all leads, lifts and carriages)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutmen"ts, posts ans sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, fmishing and reinforcement. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (including all leads, lifts and carriages)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars. (including all leads, lifts and carriages)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand . : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mmthick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (including all leads, lifts and carriages)
