Supply & Fixing of glazed ceramic coloured /printed tiles 350x250x 7/450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 40mm dia, cupboard knobs fixed with nut, screw and washer of mild steel brass polished, bright finished all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Hasp and staple, 75mm mild steel, safety type, stove enamelled black, including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair door closer hydraulically regulated, aluminium extudrd designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
