Dismantling of galvanized mild steel two strand barbed wire from all existing mild steel, RCC fencing post etc. complete all as directed.

Dismantling of fencing, wire mesh of any type and in any position by unscrewing nuts fillets, clamps complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or strut (steel or RCC fencing posts) any section and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in natural ground) including making good to disturbed ground surfaces complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No 3 here-in-before but post embedded in concrete.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr but not exceeding 100 Mtr away to low lying areas complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m in deep and n exc 1.5 m wide for laying of drain pipes, pipe line, fdn for manhole like n exc 10 sqm plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth or as in sooft/loose soil getting out complete.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface.

M & L for 25 mm thick sand filling in bedding layer for laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (PCC) 1: 4 :8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded brocken stone aggregate) as in surface channels, drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete (PCC) type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping/band and bed block etc incl necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm grared aggregate) complete all as specified.

All as per no 18 above but expect blocks or slabs set in cm 1:6

M/L for precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks not exceeding 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6

All as per no 20 above but expect blocks or slabs set in cm 1:6

M&L for pre cast cement concrete in cover slabs for manhole,drain and Connected Works type B1 using 20 mm Graded stone aggregate (1:2:4) set in CM 1:4 including necessary form work and demolition of old slab complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete, square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165)

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screw end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of bolts 12 mm, length of bolt exc. 5cm not exc. 7.50 cm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh , size and type to any type of standards , rails , straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pin etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto item no 29 but except barbed wire incl Restraininig & resecuring of existing barbed wire including making good staples etc

S&F in reapir for galvanised mild steel concertina coil fencing of 600mm dia, centre to centre barbs distance 48mm, Thickness of strip 0.50mm, length of barb 10.50mm, Dia of Spring wire 2.50mm, No of spiral (No of Turn ) 50/51 per coil Clips per spiral 5 Nos, Approximate weight 8.00 to 8.50 KG/ per coil ( Recommended coil stretch lenght 6 mtr ) and confirming to IS and as Manufacturers instuction and laying and secured with barbad wire/ Iron angle by using neccesary securing clips all a specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking , bending spherically for hooping for columns , hooking ends & binding steel wires not less than 0.9mm dia with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10 mm dia, Fe 290, Grade E-165, cut to length, bend to shape required and hooking ends for fixing to chain link fencing complete all as specified.

M & L for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and uides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain Link MS galvanised fencing , any size or type, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in footpath and finishing surfaces of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement conctere (PCC) 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade jointed with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4. finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of the old surfaces unplastered of wall one coat of cement base paint ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing old painted steel surface and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of steel or iron surfaces not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint, fixed to walls including taking down eaves, gutters rain water pipes (any size or pattern)

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for chequered tiles of size 200x200x 25 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls incl priming surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 600 mm dia reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collar including demolition old pipes complete all as specified and as directed.
