Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including cement screed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water incl rubbish off the demolished material out of Mod land complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for padding concrete upto existing RCC roof top complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs, padding or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, and filling with sika cracksil or Dr Fixit 201 crack x paste or smart care crack seal as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface in CM 1:6 with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement even and fair surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab incl parapet as under (a) Applying bituminious primer conforming IS 3384 1965 @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm over cleaned and dry roof surface incl parapet. (b) APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/ Sqm minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid over primed roof surfaces by forced application and vertical surfaces up to grooves and width of overlap 75mm at the sides and 100mm in ends, suitably tucked into chases on vertical surfaces and applying coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing heat resistant terrace tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance> 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Nitco, Hindustan tiles, Ultra tiles, Duracrete.

Supply only integral Water Proofing compound.

Preparation of surface, cleaning, drying, making it sound & free from surface contaminants, removal of dust, laitance, grease, oil, curing compounds from release agents & other foreign particles, by wire brushing, grinding etc, incl removal of all old sealent and other treatments (if any) and applying of material for repairing the edges of the joints (in case of weak concrete at joint edge) and also configuring joint width ( in case of expansion joints with irregular width more than the width of the specified combiflex tape width) with epoxy repair mortar as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator

M&L for applying epoxy based membrane adhesive on both sides of joints, before and after fixing of flexible FPO based membrane, all complete as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator.

M&L for 2mm thick and 300mm to 350mm wide flexible FPO based membrane SG system chemical based modified flexible polyolefin (FPO) with advanced adhesion, classification to EN 13501-1, service temperature -300C (min) to + 400C (max) in wet condition and -300C degree ( minimum) to plus 600C(maximum) in dry condition and the Tensile strength > 12N/mm2, Tear strength >40 N/mm, Elongation at break >600% ( as per EN 12311-2), as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Work shall be carried out as per manufacturer's instructions by authorised applicator.

Cutting of groove in brick or concrete walls 50mmx 50mm including cleaning, making dust free and applying epoxy based membrane adhesive on all sides of groove including fixing of APP membrane 1 metre wide and 3mm thick over crumple joint as per site requirement and filling the groove in cement mortar 1:3 with smooth finish, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel sheet 0.50 mm thick, gde 304, in required width or girth, bent to shape for protection of membrane, fixed in staggered counter holes with SS screws and rubber/ bitumen and steel double washers all as per directions of Engr-in Charge, complete all as specified and directed.
