   For the purpose of development order placement, only the developmental vendors listed as developmental vendors available on UVAM vendor list of the item id/sub item id 3100584003 is applicable to this tender WITHOUT ANY CONDITION (regarding supply commencement preconditioned with prototypeapproval or field trials) will be treated as developmental vendors i.e Developmental Vendors shall have the prototype approved/field trialcompleted (if required) for thedrawing of the tendered item till theclosing date of tender in order toqualify the eligibility fordevelopmental order consideration

Commercial-Compliance

   1.Clarifications, if any, regarding specifications etc. may be obtained from Office of PCMM/HQ/NWR 2.A copy of relevant specifications and drawings can be obtained on payment by the tenderers from the Director General (Track), RDSO, Manak Nagar, Lucknow. The relevant drawings and specifications can be seen in the office of PCMM/HQ/NWR.

   The contractor shall be GST complaint and claim the applicable GST in their bills, which will be paid by the Railways.

   The Schedule of Technical requirement for NCR GRSP shall be referred at" CGRSP STR TDG 0042 (Revision-01)" document appended with this tender

   The Indian Railway Standard Specification for Rail Pads for Placing Beneath Rails, SI. No. T-55-2025 (Revision-1) for CGRSP, GRSP and Nylon GRSP shall be referred at - " SI No T 55 2025 " document appended with this tender.
