M&L for servicing to air conditioner split/window type of 1.5/2 ton capacity installed by disconnecting power connection and removing front PVC grills , filters cleaning washing with chemical copper condenser coil and cooling coil servicing cleaning fans including minor repair and replacement of grill filters where ever required with re assembling dismantled component to its original position with testing grill temperature to the optimum efficiency of machine to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling & taking down unserviceable sealed unit compressor from existing 1.5 ton split air conditioners of any make and replace the same by original manufacture / authorized dealer , 1.5 ton capacity sealed unit including necessary brazing and cleaning work and charging of refrigerant gas, including provision of new bushes, grommets, sleeves, washers , mounting rubbers , nuts bolts, terminal covers & clips, complete all as specified and directed with pressure testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

M&L for refrigerant gas charging in split/window type air conditioner of any make/model as per desired pressure with minor repairs to copper tubing across including pressure testing for detection of leakages, vacuumsing etc complete to the entire satisfaction as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for replacement of capacitor of 3 mfd suitable for 1.5 ton capacity air conditioner including necessary connection with testing complete.

M&L for replacement of single phase out door unit fan motor 230 volt ,AC,50 Hz with copper bush including necessary power connection with testing complete.

Taking out the sample of transformer oil for checking the dielectric strength and acidity test of oil for the presence of moist presence of moisture, impurities etc after the dehydration including de-hydration (Filtration) of transformer oil through mobile filtration plant to be used to respective locations duly connecting inlet/outlet to the machine by switching off HT power supply and taking all safety precautions so as to achieve dielectric strength not less 36 to 40 KV per minute rupturing capacity and switch on supply, charging of transformer all as directed for transformer 200 KVA installed at LOAR Note for item no- 6 :-(a) Testing of transformer oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out as directed. (b) Oil required for topping up after dehydration and filtration shall be made available by contractor measured and paid against Sr. item No.8 (c) The rates are inclusive of transportation of mobile filtration plant from contractors workshop to each transformer and back.

Replacement of silica gel of 200 KVA in all complete

Supply, fill and topping up of transformer oil duly tested for proper de-electric strength up to desired level after heating up oil in each transformer all as directed

Replacement of LT busing complete with gasket set complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge for 200 KVA transformer.

Replacement of LT busing Gun metal Rod complete with nuts bolts and washer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

M & L maintenance and servicing of 125 KVA DG set (Make-Kirloskar) complete including draining out of diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, flushing the sump and cleaning, replacement of gaskets, fuel filters, oil filters, air cleaner elements and the worn out parts like fuel flexible pipes, nuts, bolts, fuel line etc . filling the starting batteries with electrolyte, applying petroleum jelly in battery terminals poles, checking of voltage, amps, fuel, coolant and exhaust leakages etc including refilling radiator coolant , tightening all the nuts and bolts to the required torque incl testing in all respect as per directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking down the complete ceiling fan with down rod from ceiling hook/Fan box any size /make/sweep at any location for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning ,oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and re fixing the ceiling fan back on the same location & connecting it properly and complete all as specified and directed. Note : Any worn out/ Defective parts required to be replaced will be measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

Rewinding the ceiling fan motor of 1400 mm sweep, with super enameled copper wire of appropriate guage inc replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing , greasing/oiling of bush and the bearing, replacement of missing/worn out nut,bolt &washer etc and lesting after reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed. Rewinding the Exhaust fan motor of 300 mm sweep motor by dismantling from frame with super enameled copper wire of appropriate guage inc replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, necessary varnishing with golden colour varnishing, greasing/oiling of bush and the bearing, replacement of missing/worn out nut,bolt & washer split pin etc and testing after reassembling the same complete all as specified and directed for the following size. Taking down the Geyser of capacity 25/35 / 50 Ltr including disconnecting of electric / water supply connections from building for repair / replacement of defective components and overhauling / checking, servicing, des calling of inner tank, geyser element, checking of geyser assembly and setting of thermostat range complete and refixing the same after repair and testing including making electectric and water supply connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- a) All safety precautions for the safety precautions for persons working during removal/fixing back of the Geyser shall be ensured by the contractor .
