Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joints for 300 mm bore socket and spigot pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joints for 250 mm bore socket and spigot pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joints for 150 mm bore socket and spigot pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joints for 80 mm bore socket and spigot pipe and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for periodical cleaning by emptying the tank duly removing the sludge, scrubbing, cleaning the inner surface with wire brushes, applying bleaching powder to clarifloculator having size 4.25 m X 4.2 mX 4.4m) with RCC plates 960 No of size 1m X 1m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for periodical cleaning by emptying the tank duly removing the sludge, scrubbing, cleaning the inner surface with wire brushes, applying bleaching powder to sedimentation tank of size 4.2m X 1.2m X 3.1 m) and settle tank of size 2.2m X 0.95m X 3.1 m including gravels tank of size 4.2 m X 1.2m X 1.6m by taking out the gravel layers complete and washing, cleaning and commissioning complete all as specifiied directed Note :- Sedimentation tank, settler tank and gravel tank shall be measured as one unit.

Periodical cleaning of MIMCO filter bed of size 2.5 m X 2.0 mX 3.0 m chamber by taking out the sand and gravel layers complete duly disconnecting the inlet PVC pipe of 50mm dia and cleaning, washing and refixing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Replacement of filter media will be measured and paid separately under respective item as considered therein. (ii) PVC pipe required for replacement will be measured and paid separately.

Periodical cleaning of the raw water settling tank of 3.2 Lakhs litres capacity consisting of 12 compartments of size 13.10 mX8.70 mX3.10m each by draining/pumping out the water, removing the sludge and cleaning all the compartments by scrubbing thoroughly with wire brushes, applying bleaching powder after cleaning and drying all vegetaions growth/alge etc including cleaning of drainage system complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of providing portable pumpset for pumping out the water to clarifloculator by connecting inlet and outlet flexible hose of suitable capacity. (ii) The cost of T&P, cleaning materials, bleaching powder etc is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted under above item.

M&L for bailing out mud water from sumps of size 10.85 m X 10.70 m X 3.2m and cleaning by scrubbing with wire brushes thoroughly and removing the sludge complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical cleaning of Gravity feed filter bed chamber of size 4.1m X 3.3m X 1.5 m by taking out carefully complete sand and gravel layers including intake PVC lateral Pipe 80mm dia with necessary PCC cutting,washing and cleaning complete filter media such as gravel,PVC pipe and header pipe line of bed and complete filter plant throughly with water and bleaching powder, including taking out mud and sludge and removing the same and refixing the serviceable or new PVC pipe in its original position with necessory PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, segregate the old filter media and repacking the same in different layer into the filter bed and top up with new filter media as required ,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Replacement of new filter media will be measured and paid separately under respective item as considered therein. (ii) Broken PVC pipe required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective item as considered therein.'

Periodical cleaning of raw water incoming channel of size 10 mX 0.60 mX 0.90 m by scrubbing thoroughly with bleaching powder and removing sludge complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.14 above but cleaning of Aeriator of 3.20m dia and 0.90 m depth complete all as specified and directed.

Bailing out the mud water from over head tank of 50000 Litre capacity and cleaning by scrubbing with wire brushes thoroughly with bleaching powder and water and removing the sludge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 50 mm bore UPVC pipe having wall thickness 4.3 mm with drilling holes of 10mm dia on the circumference of pipe at equal distance as decided by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 80 mm bore UPVC pipe having wall thickness 4.3 mm with drilling holes of 10mm dia on the circumference of pipe at equal distance as decided by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only filter media coarse river sand of size 0.5 mm to 0.7mm for replacement or for topping up complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Filter media sand (as per sample) shall be collected from the nearest river.

Supply only filter media gravels of size 10/20/40 mm dia in different layers for replacement of existing gravel/ topping up complete all as specified and as directed. .

Removing the old filter media such as sand and gravels to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, stitch and insert the nylon net of size 0.3mm over 50mm dia PVC pipes having 2m long including binding with the nylon rope pieces and closing the end complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully suction and delivery water line connections and opening carefully the pump set 50 HP of make Kirloskar, removing shaft from impeller and refixing new parts and assembling including replacing worn out nuts, bolts, washers, replacing gland packing of suitable size,6 mm thick gasket, oiling,greasing etc and fixing properly including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as considered therein.

Supply only gun metal bushes (02 Nos) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only stainless steel shaft with key complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only check nuts for impeller complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 'O' ring for shaft assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing 6306 and 6307 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only brass Impeller complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only air impeller complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the cable connections, loosening the foundation bolts and nuts, taking out the motor from the base frame and keeping aside for inspection, strip opening the motor and taking out the rotor assembly of 50HP induction motor and taking out the old unserviceable bearing (DE and NDE) ,S&F ball beaings No. 6316(02 Nos), assembling the motor and fixing on base frame, checking for proper alignment with dial gauge, providing proper packings as necessary including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Opening carefully the 100HP pump assembly, taking out the serviceable shaft, bush impeller assembly complete for removing the unserviceable ball bearings and S&F ball bearing DE and NDE and refixing the shaft assembly and reassembling the pump with necessary bolts, studs, graphite packing including testing and commissioning the pump complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully the 150mm dia suction pipe and removing the old check valve and S&F 150 mm bore cast iron foot valve thread/flange type conforming to IS 4038 and refixing the suction pipe at the same position including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully the 250mm dia suction pipe and removing the old check valve and S&F 250 mm bore cast iron foot valve thread/flange type conforming to IS 4038 and refixing the suction pipe at the same position including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of squirel cage induction motor of 50 HP capacity including dismantling, removing the burnt out winding wire and rewinding with new copper winding wire of suitable size and gauge as required with necessary accessories like insulating paper, cotton tape glass sleeves, motor terminal plate varnishing and reassembling including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of submersible motor of 15HP including disconnecting, taking out after loosening nuts, bolts, washers etc,dismantling the old burnt out winding wire carefully and rewinding with new winding wire (PVC insulated) of suitable size and gauge, reassembling including testing, commissioning and refixing in its original position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement 200 mm bore cast iron sluice valve confirming to IS -14846 PN-1.0 non raising type both ends flanged with SS spindle including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts washers and 3mm rubber gasket 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Upadhaya/Leader /Zoloto /L&T

Supply only gland packing (DE/NDE) suitable for 50 HP pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gland packing (DE/NDE) suitable for 100 HP pump set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 250 mm dia Ductile iron pipe class K-9 socket and spigot ends IS 8329 including rubber gasket with inside cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply and laying 300 mm dia Ductile iron pipe class K-9 socket and spigot ends IS 8329 including rubber gasket with inside cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F 250/300mm dia cast iron fittings such as bends,collar and tail piece etc ISI marked complete all as specified and directed

S&F 3 mm thick mild steel sheet with necessary hinges duly welded and angle iron frame to be used as valve pit chamber cover / UG sump/OH covers including taking down existing old unserviceable chamber cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade to the exposed surfaces of pump set of 50 HP capacity after cleaning with wire brush, removing the scales etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade to the exposed surface of pump set of 100 HP capacity after cleaning with wire brush, removing the scales etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade to the exposed surface of pump set of 7.5 HP capacity after cleaning with wire brush, removing the scales etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade to the exposed surface of cast iron pipe lines having 200/150/100/80 mm dia over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as directed.

Collecting the samples of the raw water from intake of Solapokhari pump house as decided by the Engineer-in-charge for carrying out bacteriological test from approved laboratory as per standard procedure and submission of test report to the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 5.5 m long (approx) and 600mm dia header having thickness not less than 10 mm by taking out old header from trench and supply, fabrication,welding or any other work as required at site including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new header with all existing connections in same position and testing including the blank plate and of 600mm dia MS pipe with suitable size of nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket including cutting of PCC and making good in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for repairing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying , jointing and testing in trenches or on walls 25 mm bore galvanised iron tube medium grade including necessary fittings for priming tank inlet and outlet including taking out existing galvanised iron tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 25 mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy , screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement outdoor cubicle type sectionalised, front operated bottom entry dust and vermin proof M.V.Panel boards outdoor type suitable for operation at 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz distribution system fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, insulated busbar with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve, base channel duly power coated of approved shade after treatment in 7 tank process complete with and including all accessories including interconnections, earth bus bar as given below:-.
