Earth work Open excavation by Mechanical Means for Open Earthwork in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 100 mts and clearing and levelling including dressing of sides and raming of bottoms etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, Sill slabs etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner , vertical stiffener, side support and Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by mechanical means

Supply and filling in foundation with Filling Sand in layer of 15cm thick well water rammed to consolidation including cost and conveyance of Sand to site incluidng labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting the new iron work with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat and including cost of painting materials, brushes, putty, preparation of surfaces and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Supply and fixing of 20lit capacity tilting type stainless steel garbage bins in park area as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, laying and jointing G.I. Pipes of approved quality and best variety of "B" class pipe of the following dia including labour fixing G.I. Specials, including charges for cutting and threading of pipes, cost of such specials with necessary teak wood plugs, clamps, screws, thread balls, shellac, etc., complete

Providing & fixing PVC RAIN WATER DOWNFALL PIPE of the following dia with necessary T.W.Clamps Plugs, Shoes,Bemds, other clamps, screws nails etc.,complete complying with standard specification. The rate is inclusive of cost of removable iron gratings of appropriate size. The size of Teak Wood plugs used is 150X25mm in front & 200x75mm in rear (wall side) with a depth of 110mm.
