Annual Operation and Maintenance Contract for E and M Installations at Terminal Building Hindon Airport for Two Years. (Year 2021-22 to 2023-24).

SH-I- Operation & maintenance Running operation & maintenance of Internal and External electrical installations on all days at Hindon Airport and as per the requirement of works. The contractor has to deploy the following minimum man power per day including Saturday , Sunday & holidays etc, as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge or his authorized representative. (a) Electrician - Skilled - 04 No. (b) Opeartor for pump -Semi-Skilled - 1 Nos. (c) khallasi - Unskilled - 04 Nos.

SH : II - Maintenance of Internal & External E & M Installations Testing the BDV value by applying minimum 40 KV for 1 minute of 500 KVA transformer's oil including submission of report as required.

Filteration & Dehydration of transformer oil at site as per relavent IS Dielectric strength for transformers including submission of test reports before & after dehydration of oil & replacement of gasket if required installed at Hindon Airport. (Item is to be executed if the BDV value of transformer oil is found below the stipulated value & after prior approval of EIC).

Supply and Toping up the transformer oil in conservator tank upto a required level with new treated transformer oil (As per IS and approved make) as and when required.

Inspection ,servicing, setting, testing & calibration of Numerical IDMT+INST. O/C & E/F RELAY model CGI 14C/CGI 14N /CGXH1 of CG make for exisiting 11 KV HT panel & checking the following parameters & submitting test reports to Engineer-in-charge as and when required. A) General Inspection. B) Wiring Check. C) Continuity of plug shifting trips & plug bridge shorting contacts. D) Secondary injection test i/c pick up current of IDMT element D) Tripping from the transformer's buchholz relay, high temperature. etc i/c wiring check & inspection etc.

Inspection ,servicing, setting, testing & calibration of Numerica IDMT+INST. O/C & E/F RELAY model MICOM P127 of Schneider make for exisiting LT panel & checking the following parameters & submitting test reports to Engineer-in-charge as and when required.. A) General Inspection. B) Wiring Check. C) Continuity of plug shifting trips & plug bridge shorting contacts. D) Secondary injection test i/c pick up current of IDMT element etc.

Servicing, Checking and Testing of the following Make & Capacity Schneider make Air circuit breakers(ACB) through OEM/ authorised service agency of OEM as per OEM's recommendation and submission of test report to AAI complete as and when required. (Job includes checking of internal wiring of ACB and Panel and taking corrective action for proper operation of breaker/panel).

(Job includes checking of internal wiring of VCB and Panel and taking corrective action for proper operation of breaker/panel including minor repairing works.)

Servicing, Checking,Inspection, Repairing, overhauing and testing of CG Make, 12KV,600A HT Vacuum Circuit Breaker (Bus Coupler) through OEM/ authorised service agency of OEM as per recommended standards and submission of test report to AAI complete as and when required. (Job includes checking of internal wiring of VCB and Panel and taking corrective action for proper operation of breaker/panel including minor repairing works.)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for 15 KVA UPS system along with battery bank (Make: Eaton) installed in Terminal Building and Power house at Hindon Airport. Job include quarterly visit of engineer, through OEM/ authorised service agency of OEM, performing periodincal maintenance as per OEM's recommendations, attending unlimited complaints / breakdown calls, taking rectification action, supply and replacement of all spare parts as and when required except batteries, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system, preparing records/ submission of reports etc. as per terms and conditions complete as and when required.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract of existing one number of 10.5 meter long electrically operated trolley gate including Servicing, repairing, supply and replacement of minor/ major spares as per requirement and to attend breakdown/ maintenance calls as and when required and ensure safe functioning of trolley gate to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including technical support and spares from OEM. The Single track Trolley gate consists of automation system make- CAME, motor drive (580 W, 230 V), Sr.No- S00007S2I ,Electronic components, power transmitting device, chain, control panel, cable winder, cables, all safety devices, MS Structure of gate, track, roller, bearings, shafts, stoppers, etc and i/c all accessories. a) Size: 10.5 mtr long (approx.), Qty: 01 no. The Automatic Sliding Door consists of automation system make Geze BY - Motor, Controller, Electronic components, power transmitting device, sensors, belt, clamp, rollars, cable winder, cables, all safety devices, stoppers, i/c all accessories. a) Frameless Biparting glass door set with side panel to provide clear sliding door opening The work involves quarterly visit of engineer, through OEM/ service agency of OEM as per recommended standards performing periodincal maintenance as per OEM's recommendations, attending unlimited complaints / breakdown calls, taking rectification action i/c submission of reports etc as and when required.

The job includes visit charges of Service personnel through OEM/ authorize service center for carrying out Minimum 01(One) Monthly Preventive Maintenance visit for satisfactory working condition of the system , Breakdown maintenance visit as and when required basis till the complete rectification of the system, complete as required.

The job includes visit charges of Service personnel through OEM/ authorize service center for carrying out Minimum 01(One) Monthly Preventive Maintenance visit for satisfactory working condition of the system , Breakdown maintenance visit as and when required basis till the complete rectification of the system, complete as required.

SH- III: Maintenance of Fire Alarm System Annual Maintenance Contract of Apollo make (model RS Elite) intelligent Addressable fire detection and alarm system complete (02 nos) (excluding batteries), detectors, MCP, Hooters, control module, Response indicator, wires from fire alarm panel to other devices) installed at Hindon Airport through OEM or authorized service provider of OEM. Job include bimonthly visit of Engineer from OEM or OEM's authorized service provider, performing periodical maintenance of fire alarm and detection system as per OEM's recommendations, attending unlimited breakdown complaints received through email/ telephone, checking the proper functioning of complete fire alarm and detection system, taking rectification action of fire alarm system by rewiring/ rectification/ replacement of all parts (except batteries) of the fire alarm main and repeater panel, reprogramming in case of any fault in panel or replacement of faulty detectors/ MCPs/ control module etc, ensuring proper functioning of complete fire detection and alarm system as per special conditions of contracts complete as required. Note :- Spares such as smoke detectors/ Heat Detectors/ Response indicator/Control Module/MCPs will be provided by AAI.

SH-IV: Miscellaneous minor repair works for E&M installations, as per specification,as & when required with prior approval of Engineer in charge. Servicing, repairing of fully automatic sensor type hand dryers (Make: Euronics) including replacement of wornout / defective parts i/c sensors, and transportation from site to workshop & back to site. (Dismantled Material belongs to contractor).

Servicing of different type & model ceiling fans i/c greasing, replacement of cotter pin, rubber bush, bearings, bolts & nuts i/c dismanteling, reinstallation of fan at the existing location as per requirement.

Rewinding of the following ceiling fan, Exhaust Fan etc i/c dismanteling, transportation to workshop & back. (Dismantled material shall be the property of tenderer)
