S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-410W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of size 605 x 605mm including fixing of nuts, bolts, clamps, etc. with the help of drilling, matching, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick non-asbestos fibre cement multipurpose building board (designer E board), ISI marked and as per IS 14862-2000 of size 595 x 595mm duly for insulation and acoustic purposes, fixed as in celing, flat or sloping, laid/inserted to timber/GI/ aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling eaves boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood boarding, 20mm thick as in eaves board, planed both sides with butt joint fixed with nails to timber frame/roof member complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) for receiving tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic colour tiles, fixed to vertical surface of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick in two layer rendering in CM (1:4) using and including water proofing compound @ 2% by wt of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water profing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) as on celing of concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) best quality as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered or existing surfaces after complete removal surfaces of celing and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor, plinth protection, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, etc. finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster, set in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces of brick work surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, over & including applying of cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm on existing roof surface complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Water profing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

M&L for preparation and cleaned to plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment complete all as specified and directed as given below :- (a) Applying evenly compactible primer @ 0.4 litre per Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surfaces. (b) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade (ISI marked) @ 1.20Kg/Sqm (c) Laying of APP based polymeric water proof membrane sheet of weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm and thickness not less than 3mm with minimum longitudinal end over laps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and joints shall be finally thermo-fused with help of LPG flames.

S&F in repair vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern', size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rest including provn of cement concrete bedding and including trap, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flush pipe, anti sypohonage pipe, etc. and with plastic WC seat cover white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in layer, set in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30 x 30 x 22 to 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor complete all specified and as directed.
