Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

Earth work in excavation in soil unsuitable for road construction such as marshy soil including pumping out water, removal of the same and disposal with all lift and lead upto 1 km as per MoRT&H specification clause 301.

Raising precast circular manhole cover and frame by taking out existing precast frame and cover, providing and fixing precast SFRC circular spacer of required height, re-fixing existing manhole cover frame and cover with cement sand mortar (1:3), including making good the damage, complete as directed by Engineer.

Raising circular brick/RR stone masonry manhole with circular opening 560mm dia and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab, taking out the existing CI frame & cover of manhole and raising it upto ground/ road level, refixing of frame and cover in M15 (1:2:4) concrete all around the frame, including making good the damage, form work, curing, complete as directed by Engineer. (Brick work / RR stone work of raising depth of manhole to be paid separately)

Raising circular inspection chamber with circular cover 450mm dia and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab, taking out the existing CI frame & cover of inspection chamber and raising it upto ground/ road level, refixing of frame and cover in M15 (1:2:4) concrete all around the frame, including making good the damage, form work, curing, complete as directed by Engineer. (Brick/ concrete work of raising depth of manhole to be paid separately)

Lowering of circular brick / RR stone masonry manhole with circular opening 560mm dia and frame slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and manhole wall, taking out the existing CI frame & cover of manhole and lowering it upto ground/ road level, refixing of frame and cover in M15 (1:2:4) concrete all around the frame, including making good the damage, form work, curing, complete as directed by Engineer. (Dismantling of brick work / RR stone work depth of manhole to be paid separately)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 401 including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. Grading - III Material

Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manually, compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Providing and laying un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete mix With Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures (if required) as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades complete as per drawing and as per clause 602, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking tiles of desired shape of M 30 grade manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibrio pressed machine and fully computerized automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm. thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer incharge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. Tensile splitting strength, abrasion and braking load etc. as per BS 6717:2001, Grey cement. 80mm thick

Providing and fixing Barricading at site of work for restricting the general public using 40 mm dia M.S. pipe ("B" class) as vertical post with average spacing of 1.80 meter between two vertical posts, having height at least 1.5 m above road/ ground level and at least 30-45 cm below road/ ground level by making suitable size hole in road/ ground, providing and fixing two rows of 40 mm dia M.S. pipe ("B" class) as horizontal members with nuts & bolts. Both vertical and horizontal members shall be painted in red and white colour strips as per approved pattern as when it becomes shabby but at least after every alternate shifting at new location. After shifting/ removal of barricading holes shall be filled up properly and site is to be cleared in all respect. (Note: measurement is to be done in linear basis)

Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface of granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS : 8887 and approved quality @ 0.6 kg/sqm with the help of spray set fitted on bitumen Container (boiler) after cleaning the surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and compressed air to receive bituminous treatment complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface with bitumen emulsion as per IS: 8887 and approved quality @ 0.2 kg/sqm with the help of spray set fitted on bitumen Container (boiler) after cleaning the surface with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and compressed air to receive bituminous treatment complete as per clause 502 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam in 50/75 mm compacted thickness on prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregates as per Table 500-4, Grading-II for base/ binding course, loading of aggregate with F.E. loader, heating and mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in computerised hot mix plant, transported to site by tippers to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with power roller and vibratory compactor as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction complete as per clause 504 of MoRT&H specification and including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion but excluding cost of primer/ tack coat. Providing and laying marking of center line and stop line etc with hot thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick on road/ plain surface, including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area with special applicator machine, as per IRC:35 including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control involved. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.
