Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of same to outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick wall or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water upto 4 storeys of building etc and disposed off unserviceable materials to out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface consisting two layers, under layer of 10mm thick in CM (1:6) & top layer of 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saperately.

M&L for preparing the old plastered/New plastered / unplastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removal of debries out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L coloured Non Skid edge cut ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete.

M&L glazed ceremic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7 mm/450x350x7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L sand filling under floor or in foundations and on floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Machine pressed factory made precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over and including 25 mm thick layer of screened sand cushning complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L chequred cement concrete coloured tiles size 20cmx20cm/25x25cm/30x30cm x20-25mm thick with cement and no pigment in floors etc set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for 75mm thk cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors finishes all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) 25mm thick flooring a in leveling course complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Cutting grinding and bee wax polishing to stone/terrazzo flooring, skirting and dado surfaces to remove waste matter on floor surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 in plinth protection,and the like finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Taking down door chowkats or frames with shutters, any type (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body confirming to Fe-290 Gde-165 and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor overall length of cover plate 150mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

(each line wire to be measured).
