1.) Construction of PD Shop at Aragalur H/o Aragalur Panchayat

Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling Msand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Collection and supply of 40mm metal and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Collection and supply of 20mm metal and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for foundation

Refilling the basement with excavated earth including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc., complete.

Providing Granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10 -12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc., complete

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size300x200x6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Weathering Course Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete

Finished with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm

Special Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 mix using 10 mm thick including cost & conveyance and labour charges etc complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.

Flooring with cuddapah slabs 50mm thick over a bed of concrete 100mm thick and pointed with cement mortar 1:3

Supply and fixing of INDIYAN Type Baby Water closet including all charges etc., complete

Supplying and Fixing inposition of best quality make White glazed wash basin of size 550x 400mm

Cost and supply of Steel Door -D(1.00x2.100m)

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe Concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5a F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC Wire of making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC Concealed light point / Fan point (for electronic regulator) SD.23

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with 150x100x113mm TW switch box and 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for Open PVC Plug Point SD.36

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm ( 48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W regulator with 1 m down rod on the existing clamp. SD 106 cross arm size 450mm (18") SD 106
