Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Inverter type Cassette Split Air-conditioning unit 4.0 TR capacity one outdoor unit 415V/50 Hz/3 Ph., one indoor unit 230 V/ 50Hz/1ph ,single Scroll/ twin Rotory compressor Thermo sensor temperature control, 4 way Air direction timer setting, Auto air swing, Multifunction remote, with R-32/410A eco friendly refrigerant and minimum 2 star energy efficient , cost will be inclusive of installation at site as per instructions of the Engineer in Charge, complete in all aspects.

Supply and fixing of wall/floor mounting brackets suitable for holding the outdoor unit structure made of 50mmx50mmx5mm MS Angle for installation of outdoor unit with anit virbation pad including grouting on wall/floor etc as required depending o nsite condition and as per the instuctions. Grouting to be done by cutting necessary holes and grouting with M12 anchor fasteners/Cement concrete 1:2:4 and making good the damages with similar finish, two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of metal primer

Supply and fixing of Copper pipe line with good quality high density Nitrile Rubber foam insulation pipe covering with flexible PVC pipe all complete as per standard specification and practice with proper saddling (S.S Saddle) on wall / terrace including making good the damages with cement mortar 1:2:4 on walls /floor with similar finish. (Payment will be made as per actual execution) Copper line sizes for 4.0 Tr cassette type Air conditioning unit 9.52mmx0.8mm+15.88x0.9mm (Liquid line &suction line) ’Copper line (Payment will be made as per actual execution)

Supply and laying of control cable of 2.5 sq. mm 4 core along with suitable PVC conduit for indoor unit to outdoor unit along with suitable PVC conduit. (Payment will be made as per actual execution)

Supply installation & testing of 415 volts motor starter and 40Amps 4 pole isolator with box complete with connection etc (Relay setting 12-16 Amp)

Supply and laying of control cable for MCB to outdoor unit 4.00 sq. mm 4 core PVC insulated copper wire + Double earthing GI wire . (Payment will be made as per actual execution)

Supply and fixing ISI mark Extra UPVC pipe 25mm/32mm dia with 6.00 mm thick insulation Nitrile rubber closed cell, elbow, tee socket for condensate water drainage. (Payment will be made as per actual execution)

The AC's indoor outdoor connection pipeline (Copper pipe & Cable wire) and water drain pipes are not to rest on false ceiling. They are to be laid by hanging from Ceiling with proper supports of GI Cable tray (6" thinckness 1mm or more) with proper clamps. Supply and fixing heavy duty trough type GI Cable tray (6" x 3" x 12ft). (payment will be made as per actual execution)
