OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR MANNING OPERATION OF SINHAGAD ENCLAVE PUMP HOUSE 350 KLD SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND ATTENDING BREAKDOWN REPAIRS IN EXTERNAL ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AT BRICHGUNJ MIL STATION UNDER GE BRICHGUNJ

Tenderer's attention is invited to the following stipulations. (a) Tenderer shall quote not less than the minimum wages as notified by Government of India/concerned state Government / Local body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer's towards EPF, Contribution to ESIC, Bonus and contribution of LWC under respective headings/sub items. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/instructions under any headings/ sub headings the bid will be treated as non bonafide/invalid. (b) The rate quoted at column 14 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable including GST, LWC and misc expenses mentioned in para (c) below. (c) The rate quoted at column 14 shall be inclusive of all miscelloneous expenses such as uniform, protective clothing, shoes, Hat, Torch, consumables to up keep and maintatin the installation, tools and plants, transportation of workmen to work site as well as on work site etc. (d) the contractor shall pay the workmen not less than the minimum wages (higher rate as applicable) and submit the proof of payment with aadhaar linked bank account details of the workmen employed. (e) The actual amount paid towards employer's contribution towards EPF, contribution towards ESIC and Bonus shall be payable only after submission of valid & authentic support of proof of payment. (f) Rates with Nil or Zero consideration or minus percentage of over head and profit shall be considered non bonafide.

Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of water supply installations at MAP A-II site pump house for operation of Motors, pumps, butterfly valves, sluice valves and LT panel including distribution network located near A-II site and carrying out routine repairs, maintenance and attending water supply complaints in raising main & distribution pipe lines from main reservoir to service water tanks of each building under the Jurisdiction of GE Brichgunj, and also attending break downs, rectify defects and restoring supply, maintaining log book for installations and water supply including provn of all required tools and plants complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge by employing one FGM per shift of 8hrs each including Sundays and holidays.

Notes:- (a) 8 hours will be treated as one shift and timing of shift will be from 0400 hrs to 2200 hrs as decided by Engineer-in-charge. (b) Staff employed shall also be responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness of installations, premises of installations etc all as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. (c) The trademen should have own conveyance to reach the working place and transportation of material and T&P required shall be the responsibility of the contractor.

(d) Proper raincoat, uniform with name plates displaying all the details shall be provided to the duty personnel by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. If the FGM/Helper found without uniform and in rainy season without raincoat and gum shoes a recovery of 300.00 per day per person will be recovered from dues of contractor. (e) Contractor shall provide a Mobile telephone with free incoming facility to receive call from departmental staff. (f) Contractor shall be ensured to follow all the provision as laid down in Contract Labour Act 1970 such as payment of minimum fair wages, working conditions etc.

Outsourcing of services for attending breakdown and repairs of external electric supply of HT & LT mains and distribution system of Overhead lines and underground cables, 11000/433 volts system up to main board of the building, repair to the electrical jumper connections of LT/HT for lines for clearing faults and rectify the faults immediately by mobilising tools and labours for minor repairs to GODs/DOs and attending service calls and rectify the defects and restore the electric supply in Brichgunj Military Station under GE Brichgunj on 24 hours a day basis by employing 1 Electrician per shift of 8 hrs each round the clock including sundays & holidays all as given below and all as mentioned in particular specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The tradesmen should have the relavent trade to perform the duty, all necessary industrial safety measures like boots, jackets, safety belts, gloves, head gear etc., as approved by the Engr-in-Charge all as specified and as directed. All the requisite stores shall be issued by the Dept under Sch 'B'

Outsourcing of services of Tradesmen in Complaint Cell for attending maint complaints of the external services HT & LT mains and distribution system of underground cables, 11000/433 volts system up to main board of the building, repair to connections of LT/HT for clearing faults and rectify the faults immediately by mobilising tools and labours for minor repairs and attending service calls and rectify the defects and restore the electric supply in Sinhagad Enclave under GE Brichgunj on 24 hours a day basis by employing 1 Electrician per shift of 8 hrs each in round the clock including sundays & holidays all as given below and all as mentioned in particular specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The trademen should have own conveyance to reach the working place and contractor shall arrange proper uniform, all requisite tools for the relevant trade to perform the duty, all necessary industrial safety measures like boots, jackets, safety belts, gloves, head gear etc., as approved by the Engr-in-Charge all as specified and as directed. All the requisite stores shall be issued by the Dept.

Notes for Srl item No 2 & 3: (a) 8 hours will be treated as one shift and timing of shift will be from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs, 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs and 2400hrs to 0800 hrs or as decided by Engineer-in-charge. (b)Service calls shall be attended on round the clock basis and staff shall be available for attending the same at a location in the premises as directed (c) The details of service attended and any major defects noticed which could not be attended during night hours shall be intimated to the Department daily for further action.

(d) A register and complaint slip shall be maintained in approved format by the contractor during attending service calls and breakdowns and duly signed by the concerned JE E/M. (e) All the relevant norms and IE rules provisions shall be adhered while working on electric circuits of HT/LT and necessary protective devices and tools required shall be inclusive of this provisions. (f) Contractor shall provide a Mobile telephone with free incoming facility to receive call from departmental staff. (g) Proper uniform with name plates displaying all the details shall be provided to the duty personnel by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (h) The contractor shall also ensure that all the provisions as laid down in contract labour Act 1970 suchas payment of minimum fair wages, working conditions etc., are complied with. (j) Cleaning of installation/substation including clearing of vegetation, wild growth and trimming of grass etc., around the installation compound shall be carried out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of services for Manning and operation of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 350 m3 / day (350 KLD) and lift Well pumps installed at Ranjit Vihar by employing One FGM and Two helpers in each shift of 8hrs each including Sundays & holidays all as given below. Contractor shall arrange proper uniform, all requisite tools for the relevant trade to perform the duty, all necessary industrial safety measures like boots, jackets, safety belts, gloves, head gear etc., as approved by the Engr-in-Charge all as specified and as directed

Note (i): 8 hours will be treated as one shift and timing of shift will be between 0400Hrs to 2200Hrs as decided by Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following operations: (i) Preventive maintenance of all equipments by regular oiling, greasing during the period of contract. (ii) Cleaning of installation including clearing of vegetation, wild growth and trimming of grass etc, around the installation compound shall be carried out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) To maintain the installations provided under this contract as per IE rules / Standard Engineering practice. (iv) Operation of raw sewage pump, air blowers, filter feed pump, dual media filter activated carbon filter, dosing system, ultra filtration system & control panel for pumping treated water from pump room to ANCEPTA

(v) Removing of material deposited at bar screen. (vi) Removing of oil floating at surface. (vii) Change over from one pump to another daily on requirement (viii) Change over from one blower to another daily on requirement (ix) Cleaning of air filter of blower regularly on requirement basis. (x) Draining of sludge from MBBR reactor once in a month to avoid choking of air grid (xi) Removing of sludge from tube settler depending upon the actual load. (xii) Maintaining of logbooks for records of operation of plants. (xiii) Back wash of dual media filter and activate carbon filter weekly. (xiv) Screening of inlet & outlet mesh box of MBBR reactor weekly. (xv) Washing of tube media with low-pressure jet of raw water required. (xvi) Draining of burnout lubricant oil and refilling of appropriate lubricant oil in air blower. (xvii) maintenance and operation of filter press and collection output neatly (xviii) Operating clear water pumps regularly and in consultation with JE & Engr-in-charge (xix) The contractor shall also ensure that all the provisions as laid down in contract labour Act 1970 such as payment of minimum fair wages, working conditions etc are complied.
