S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified all as specified and directed. ( zinc coating 275)

S&F Plain, Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified all as spd and as drected by Engr-in-Charge

M &L for False ceiling of 4 mm thick non asbestos tiles (600x600mm grid) fixed using Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre.Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long including taking down existing ceiling board & grid work etc of any type/pattern complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two layers (10+5) on fair facesor other than fair faces of brick work, concrete sruface,stone masonary in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note: Necessary additional dubbing if required will be done by contractor and nothing extra cost is admissible in this account.all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
