Dismantling to brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyester non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HM-HDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The overlap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. Note:- (i) This treatment shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatment shall be minimum 10 years complete all as specified and directed .

(ii) Independent testing of membrane for the approved technical parameters specified herinafter shall be carried out from the approved laboratories or any other Govt approved laboratory having facilities for the testing membrane. APP membrane shall have following parameters: - (i) Tear strength :- Longitudinal direction-300N, Transverse direction-250N (ii) Joint Strength :- Longitudinal direction- 650N, Transverse direction-450N

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions laid 40 mm average thickness as in padding over roof slabs for providing proper slope to the concrete padding, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for laying of tiles complete all as specified and directed

S & F of rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafter, purlins where connected to common rafters, running rails, guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleat and other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165) including dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium ( min thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) for shutter of door including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other section of approved make confirming to IS: 733 & IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc, Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, CP brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring( light ,fan, light fittings,socket or power) complete, such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditioned separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring with single core of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed ISI marked 1100 V grade cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm drawing through in and including PVC conduit size of not less than 20 mm including conduit fittings and accessories concealed in wall / ceiling wiring on ceiling /wall terminated in flush metal box alongwith outer cover plate for mounting modular/piano switch, socket and electronic regulator along with provn of earth wire of PVC insulated, unseathed, 1100 V grade cable multi stranded FRLS ISI marked copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm , For One light/fan point controlled by one switch one way complete all as specified and directed

Taking down including disconnecting the electric connection of ceiling fan and dismantling blades,greasing and painting the whole assembly including marking MES No complete all as specified and directed

Hanging only ceiling fan received from above and connecting up including fastener and provision of suitable size of copper cable from connector of fans to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed
