Attending complaint for checking and Cleaning of obstruction/water blockage from floor trap/nahani trap of any size of Kitchen, Wash hand basin, urinal or bath, of any floor by roding between nahani trap/floor trap to gully trap and next up to first manhole and removing disposal of waste materials to outside MOD land/Air force area at the end of each working day, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Attending complaint for checking and cleaning of obstruction/water blockage from water closet(IWC or EWC) of any floor by roding up to first manhole and disposal of waste materials to outside MOD land/Air force area at the end of each working day complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Attending complaint for checking and desludging manholes of any size and depth by taking out sludge and foreign materials and excavating a pit of appropriate size depositing sludge in the pit and covering with 30cm thick layer of soil to cover the sludge including removing surplus soil where directed including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the pits for sanitation, complete all as specified. Note : 1.00 to 3.00 above. (These items are applicable only where no store is required). (i) Three safaiwala shall be provided by the contractor on each working day including Sunday/ holiday shall report to MES complaint cell (Upper Camp - 01 No Safaiwala/ Sweeper and Lower Camp - 02 Nos Safaiwala/ Sweepers) at 0830 hrs to 1630 hrs. (ii) Contractor shall ensure the security pass for his staff to be obtained from concern authority for attending complaint. (iii) The MES Department is not responsible for the payment of Safaiwala/ Sweepers. (iv) The contractor will ensure that the team at Safaiwala/ Sweeper with necessary tools bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the complaints. (v) All the complaint slip and other connected documents will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (vi) Proper record (date wise) of complaints received and rectified by the contractor shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment at each RAR/Bill.

Cleaning of 100mm dia internal sewage line by roding or by other means from adjacent manhole without breaking existing pipes including washing the pipe with water after roding to make the line smooth and functional complete all as specified.

Description all as per serial item No 4.00 here-in-before but 150mm bore dia drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of grease trap by arranging mechanically collection machine (container capacity 6000 litres in each trip) of any size & capacity including removing the blockage of line through mechanical/hydraulic pressure and removing disposal of waste material to outside the MOD land at the end of each working day and disposing off at appropriate place such as outside of municipal area complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Desludging of septic tanks and sewage line by arranging mechanically sewage collection machine (container capacity 6000 litres in each trip) of any size & capacity including removing the blockage of sewage line through mechanical/hydraulic pressure and removing disposal of waste at the end of each working days material , sludge etc.to outside the MOD land and disposing off at appropriate place such as outside of municipal area complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note for item Serial No 6.00 & 7.00. A Pucca bound register shall be maintained at site showing the date and type of machine brought by the contractor with machine number, licence number, vehicle No and Gate Pass etc. These details shall be got signed by JE/Engr-in-Charge and contractor which may be asked while claiming the payment of work done or for verification at the time of payment at each RAR/Bill.

Taking out saturated broken bricks from soak well (soakage pit) and refilling with new broken bricks of gauge 40 to 80mm size and disposal of rubbish/ unserviceable material to outside the MOD land and disposing off at appropriate place such as outside of municipal area complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in deep for foundation etc, or for shafts,wells, cesspits, manholes etc,not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 9 above but exc. 1.50m deep and n exc. 3.00m deep in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, spreading and leveling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8,Type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 100mm internal dia drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete pipes) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm internal dia drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete pipes) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions, in Ground floors (Floor Topping, Sub Base etc) not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed of drain pipes 100/110mm bore, laid to falls including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per item No 17.00 but here-in-before 150mm bore.

M & L for PVC SWR drain pipes non pressure 110 mm, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joint, laying pipes to level or to falls in trenches, on concrete bed or directly on hard grounds, jointing as per manufacturere's instructions and testing, complete, all as specified.

M & L for DWC(double walled corrugated) drain pipes non pressure with OD 160-180 mm and ID 132-150 mm, laying pipes level or to falls in trenches, on concrete bed or directly on hard grounds, jointing as per manufacturere's instructions and testing, complete, all as specified. Make : Astral, Jindal Plast, Atlas, Durton, Supreme, Prince.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains pipes of 100/150mm internal dia and making good to pipe and rendering , cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel ( ½ round or ¾ section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required internal dia of pipe 100/150 mm bore, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork and stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete including removing of rubish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified including removing rubbish to outside the MOD land.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of Brick walls or on concrete surfaces plastered surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC as per manufactare instruction complete all as specified Note:- Water proofing compound shall be paid separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)
