Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for poles, struts, stays etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for cushioning for protection of cable using dry river sand free from particles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks.

Taking out old unserviceable LT cable 1100 volts grade of size from 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core to 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core from excavated trenches, ducts, laid in floors alongwith poles/walls/equpiments etc and in similar locations complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches/through pipes or bare in road crossings/paths/drains/ ducts/floors/along poles/walls/ ceilings/ equipments etc. Cable Under ground, Heavy duty, armoured, XLPE insulated with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm from earth plate to body of the equipment by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe for protection of earth lead from earth plate(6 mtrs long), 20 mm GI light grade watering pipe, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in earhing pit, PCC cover, charcoal or coke & salt filling and necessary excavation and earth work and all other relevant works including testing all as specified and shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule part-I.

M&L for boring of holes under road/pavement /hard standing by trenchless technology using ultrasound technic with neccessary machineries including inserting GI Pipe of size upto 80 mm bore all as directed. (Note : GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule). (Note : GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule).

Supply and lay in trenches/under roads/crossings are fixed to wall/pole, GI tubing light grade of 80 mm bore for protection of UG cables :- Note : Excavation and earth work shall be paid for separately under relevant items of Schedule.

All as per item No. 17 here-in-before but 50 mm bore.

Supply & Fixing Change Over Swtich in sheet steel enclosure, On load, front opertated, 4 Pole, 415 Volt, 200 Amps capacity with front handle operation including fixing on wall using suitable nuts, bolts and washers duly grouted in wall all as directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator made out of 15x 15x 6 mm thick MS plate welded with 8 mm x 30 cm long MS rod grouted in PCC block of size 0.2x0.2x0.3(LXWXH) and writing LT cable complete all as directed.

Dismantling of existing old ACSR conductors, any size, from existing damaged LT poles by unwinding the binding wire from insulators including disconnecting from the existing system, and remove from site all as directed.

Supply and fix, on pole, road lighting luminaires, 90 watts, 230 Volt, IP66 Class-I, with not less than 5 KV surge protector, high power LED with unique peanut lens for uniform distribution, higher spacing between poles, including two single core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable and one single core 1.5 sqmm continuous PVC insulated copper conductor cable earth continuity conductor, drawing into street light bracket/Pole and connecting with pole mounted Junction Box and Street light fittings complete all as directed. Make: CG Cat No. LSTN-90-CDL-A or Equiv make in Wipro/Philips/Bajaj/C&S

Dismantling and taking down old damaged/broken, pre stressed concrete/Steel LT electric poles of any description complete with corss arms, brackets with damaged street lights, clamps, junction box, insulators, all items fixed with the pole, cutting the pole at GL remove from site and depositing the same where directed. (Note : Taking down of ACSR Conductors shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply & Fixing Danger notice plate for LT, 20 x 15cm x 1.60 mm thick, mild steel sheet, vitreous, enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in single red colour and fixed on LT Pole using suitable clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of required size complete all as specified.

M&L for Straight through joint using out door cable straight through jointing kit (Epoxy/Heat Shrinkable type) suitable for PVC/XLPE under ground aluminium conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade including crimping aluminium socketes of suitable size complete of cross ectional area 95 to 120 Sqmm, 3.5 core.

M&L for Straight through joint using out door cable straight through jointing kit (Epoxy/Heat Shrinkable type) suitable for PVC/XLPE under ground aluminium conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade including crimping aluminium socketes of suitable size complete of cross ectional area 16 to 35 Sqmm, 3.5 or 4 core.

Supply and errect Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with MS base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws and top cover, with single swan neck bracket for fixing street light all as specified, directed and including the following:- (a) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and 1.6 mtr deep for pole foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil, returning filling in the excavation of soil after fixing the pole in foundation ramming earth around in layer not exc 25cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs. (b) Material and labour for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, 600 mm x 600 mm cross section planting depth 1.6 mtr for concrete casing the pole upto GL complete all as directed. (c) Material and labour for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate for plinth block/collar above GL 300 mm high and 450mm dia all as directed. (d) Material and labour for painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block/concrete collar with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide steel primer, preparation of surface including painting of 30cm wide blue bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer upto the height of 1.5m above plinth block. (e) Material and labour for writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, italic as Indian) for numbering of pole all as directed. (f) drilling a 02 Nos of hole to LT Pole (one hole near street light bracket and another near bus bar at bottom side) for inserting of cable for street light all as directed.

S & F Weather proof street light junction box Made of FRP of size 30 x 20 x 15 cm depth including MCB, SP, 6 Amps, connecting terminals 4 way, earth link and necessary Clamps made out of MS flat iron, nuts and bolts suitable for fixing with steel tubular Poles complete all as directed.

Supply and fix geyser 50 litres capacity, BEE Star rated, verticle type with inlet and outlet PVC pipe suitable for hot and cold water and installed complete all as directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore gun metal globe or Stop cock with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe all as complete all as directed.

Supply and fix bib tap, 15 mm dia, chromium plated, screwed for iron pipe and fixed, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule.

M&L for cutting of existing 25 mm dia GI pipe and including insertion of new tees / branches / bend of pipe before laying including fixing on wall with shaddle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx. storage Capacity of 80 liters and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Liters per hours, 230 volts, 50 Hz, complete all as directed. Make : Voltas / Bluestar / Godrej.

Material and Labour for Point wiring with 1100-volt grade FRLS PVC insulated-unsheathed 4 Sq mm stranded copper conductor cable (ISI marked), with continuous earth wire of 4 Sq mm stranded copper conductor cable (ISI marked) PVC insulated-unsheathed, drawn in & including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 25 mm dia & included sunken pressed steel terminal boxes for housing/ fixing switches suitable for modular switches and modular cover plate complete for mounting switch/sockets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 36W slim energy saving channel luminaries recess mounted LED ceiling light with extruded aluminium and milkywhite diffuser, with inbuilt PIR occupancy sensor, 2' x 2', 230 volts and making electrical connection with using copper conductor 23/ 0.0076 round PVC insulated and sheathed three core cable complete with all accessories as directed. Supply and fixing LED light fitting 30W, 230 volts, suitable for low hight general purpose suspended/surface mounted LED luminaire with diffused optics offring perfect illumination for indoor surface with iron downrod of length up to 1.5 mtr including connecting cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper flxible cable of size 16/0.20 mm and necessary fixing arrangment all as directed. Make - Philips Cat Part no SM270CLED30S6500PSUWH or equivalent. Note :- For item no 4 & 5. (a) LED chip, driver and housing of the LED fitting shall be of same make. (b) LED fitting/Lamp shall be provided with LM79 & 80 test certificate and eye certification bilogically tested.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Open well Submersible Pump Set of capacity not less than 5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 volts of minimum 20 mtr head and minium 5 LPS output complete with all accessories. Make : Kirloskar / Aqua Texmo / Crompton.

Supply, Laying and connecting PVC insulated and PVC sheathed submersible flat copper cable multistranded 1100 volts grade of size 2.5 sqmm, 3 core in and drawn through PVC flexible pipe of suitable size all as directed. Make : Polycab / Havels / Plaza.

Supply and fixing Pump pannel made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated complete with the following accessories :- (i) MCB TPN 16 Amps, 10 KA breaking capicity - 01 Nos (ii) Star/Delta starter suitable for 5 HP submersible pump set 3 phase, 415 volts complete with overload protection, single phase preventer, Volt meter - 01 No, Ammeter - 01 No ( with CT), Front side hinged door complete including fixing the panel on wall using suitable nuts and bolts duly grouted inside wall.

Supply and laying GI pipe medium grade of size 25 mm bore, ISI marked complete all as directed

Supply and and fixing Gun metal or Brass gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends of size 25 mm bore complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Non return valve of brass body 25 mm bore complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 42W slim energy saving channel luminaries sirface/recess mouting LED ceiling light with extruded aluminium and milky and making electrical connection with using copper conductor 23/ 0.0076 round PVC insulated and sheathed three core cable with complete accessories all as directed. Taking down carefully existing ceiling/exhaust fan of any sweep with cable and all accessories and carrying out maintenance, checking of Ceiling/Exhaust fans, checking the serviceability of safety pins, clamps, rubber bushes, nuts, bolts, canopies, electric connections etc. connecting/hanging in existing position or where directed by the Engr-in-Charge including reconnecting the electric cables and testing complete all as directed.

M&L for fan down rod made out of 15 mm MS tubing med grade of length as ordered duly painted and hanging the same etc all as specified and directed.
