Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base, finished even and rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for factory made, Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: 1. The shape/ size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE. 2. sand cushioning will be measured and paid separately under respective item here-in-after.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning over PCC surfaces, for laying of interlocking tiles, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embeded in concrete, brickwork or masonry including taking out Embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wire mesh fencing/ chain link fencing of any type fixed with steel or wood fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated sheets) in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 50 m and making disturb surface good complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only chain link fencing of any type and size of dia n. exc 4.00 mm, galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be acsertained by measuring 3 random samples of 1 sqm and averaging the weight. Weight of each sample shall be recorded in MB as 'Not to be Abstracted' signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor.

Supply only 3 mm dia PVC coated chain link fencing of galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be acsertained by measuring 3 random samples of 1 sqm and averaging the weight. Weight of each sample shall be recorded in MB as 'Not to be Abstracted' signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation for fencing posts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Mild Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix 8 to 10 mm dia mild steel round bar as in line wire for chain link fencing fixed with GI wire including complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut not exc 5cm long, diameter of shank/ neck 05-10mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for prepaing new steel surfaces not otherwise described exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamelled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 metre wide & n exc 1.5 metre depth for foundation etc shaft, wells, cesspits, pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan & getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in surface channel & drains including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc including disposal of demolished matrerial n. exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick walls finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 29.00 here-in-before but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained from ser item No 26.00 here-in-above) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint (as per existing colour) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping, plinth courses etc with & including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for factory made precast reinforced cement concrete cover slab of size 600 mm x 1200 mm x 100 mm in RCC type B-1(1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with plain faces with MS frame (of thickness not less than 1.00 mm) all around the cover slab duly welded, set in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for factory made precast reinforced cement concrete cover slab of size 500 mm x 1000 mm x 100 mm in RCC type B-1(1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with plain faces with MS frame (of thickness not less than 1.00 mm) all around the cover slab duly welded, set in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
